THANK GOD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This has been the worst experience for me and I hate that U-Haul is allowing outsiders to work under there name like that because no type of assistance at the location I rented from. Also the truck need to be whipped down the front is nasty I didn’t even use cup holder just nasty but thank you customer service I need my receipt it did say my check out was complete but why was I charged for something I paid my own fuel for . I put gauge back where I found do I need to show receipt for my gas purchases

Nikita TEven though I had a little trouble, U-Haul was on it , from the guy in the office he was out of work ( after hrs) still answered the phone helped me navigate to get the keys out of the lock box's. Help center helped transfer me to a different truck and to have roadside Check out the transfers truck to make sure it was good to go. For that alone I Highly recommend this location. Not the best location but customer service GREAT! Thats hard to find these days.
