Customer service is horrible at this location. Location is run down. They didn't have the appliance dolly o put on my order when I submitted online. The guy was like oh well ain't nothing we can do about that! People don't bring them back so what you want me to do. I tried to do my mobile check on and I couldn't do it so I had to go in. Office smelled bad when I went in.

Ashford S.Everything went perfect picking the truck up even though itwas a little dirty. But the reason for the poor rating is when I returned the truck the employee that checked the truck in tried to charge me for damages and did not discuss anything with me. The pictures he took did not even show any damage. Even the customer service person for Uhaul stated she could not see any damage based on the photos. Not cool to try and mess with someone's money with out even notifying them.

Kilo J.There's nothing wrong with the location over all. The truck itself is no good. It had the check engine light on from the time I got it. Then on the highway it started smelling like smoke and the lights of a 🔧 spanner came on . The truck would not go into reverse then it just died. I had other things to do and was unable to get them done for the day. I spoke with someone and was told that they would reach out to me as I requested a full refund for the truck which was not in workable condition. I'm still waiting for someone to call me about my refund. Thank you.

Lea C.On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this location a 10. The staff was very professional and attentive. This would be the ONLY location, I would use Uhaul at.

Crystal F.The particular company would not answer the phone and the people from 1-800-YOU-HAUL weren't able to help me which I understand. The vehicle did not have a working A\C and the lack of being able to contact them I was forced to drive in the heat of Atlanta with no A/C which is very dangerous for me because I overheat easily. I wouldn't recommend simply because of the lack of communication and the vehicle not being maintenance properly. Sensors were off as well.

Curtis J.I rented the truck on April 28 at 4:00 pm returned it April 29 at 1:40 pm called the 5 times they was there at 1:30 supposed to close at 6:00 pm! I didn't even have the truck 12 hours had to put the key in the dropoff box I only had the email copy of my contract call the main UHaul company they said they would make a note of the truck being there at 1:40 pm! Taking tool auto check the truck back in today April 30 at 8:31 am! I didn't have the truck for the 2 days I was still charged $228.00 for a one way trip! I will never deal with this again! Taking tool Auto shouldn't be a Uhaul dealer!!!!

COLIN B.I would recommend this location because the manager was quick to correct an error with our reservation. Our 26' truck was mistakenly taken by another customer. The manager called, had the new contract issued and we were on our way within 15 minutes.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE NOTHING LESS THAN SUPERIOR, HOURS OF OPERATION SHOULD BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO SO THAT CUSTOMERS TIME AND SCHEDULES ARE RESPECTED. I CAN ON AND ON BUT I WILL NOT...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE IN MY CIRCLE.

Carolyn Y.Being a first time user of uhaul was not so great. Good customer service should have offered a hand truck, blankets etc. because all of this is usually needed for a move. It was after I left the location I thought, “ how am I gonna pick these furnitures up.†Then I had to turn back to the u-haul to add one to my account. I thought one came with the truck.
