See comments for pick up location. The owner assured me he wouldn't charge me extra for not getting to half a tank EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT at half a tank when I picked up. He ended up charging me anyway. G*damn me and everything!

Alicia TThis location is convenient for its proximity, but it's basically an open dirt field with a trailer 50 feet away from where the trucks would be parked. Whenever I drop off a vehicle here, I have to use either the app or phone U-haul, as the location closes at 4pm. Also. Because it's a dirt field, u-haul doesn't like it having trailers for pickup nor drop off, making it a limited location.
RONALD DGreat vehicle and easy to operate, only slight feedback was a lack of washer fluid and dirty windshield.

RICHARD OOut in the middle of nowhere. Muddy pit lot. Vehicle was dirty and very little gas in it. Also location has horrible signal.

Kervin TI think information at the front for returns. It's confusing, because the sign says wait here for help then another sign pointing to the back for returns. I wasn't sure what to do so I just followed the app.

Clovis NLocation is really a self service location. We were not expecting this when selecting it.
James MGetting the key was the most frustrating part. The directions say to go to the counter and someone would help but it's a container box with no one in side. It's a self service box. Which would have been helpful to know. I had to call customer service to get help so I could get a code to open one of the locks and the wait time was ridiculous but I just waited on hold and was connected in about 5 minutes. The customer service rep was by far the best part of the experience she was helpful and gave me all the information to help me get through the process. It took us over 40 minutes to get our u haul. I would not recommend for first time users.

Juan CComplete mess! No help from customer service and was not able to do the rental because of this mess of company. No gas, incorrect truck given, rude customer service team and failing useless horribly designed web platforms! Will never rent again unless against my will. Ridiculous monopoly company that does trash service.

Matthew LThe system asked me 3 times to upload my DL and Selfie but could not verify. I had to call customer service 2 times and wait on hold foe several minutes to get it resolved. It took about 45 minutes to pick up the truck. The location need's a place to stand in the shade while going through the Pick Up My Truck process. The steering wheel on the truck needs a new "wrap." The current steering wheel is not comfortable.
DAVID OIt’s just grass and dirt/mud. It is only mobile pickup and drop off. The App needs a lot of work. It keeps crashing and uhaul doesn’t seem to be able to view previous renters pictures. I use to work for uhaul so I know the tricks uhaul uses to get more money out of customers, such as only give enough miles to go from point A to B and none for being able to pick up at move out location and move in location, so your always going to pay more for mileage, especially on a one way. I always didn’t like how we treated customers. Like everyone is trying to get over on the company. Like they are criminals, taking photos, might as well finger print as well. The only reason I continue renting from uhaul is the low loading deck.
Kevin MThe location was hard to find, the instructions hard to follow, and the truck we received was not clean. When we got to the location, the app was unable to identify that we are truly in the location so it made the "self-service process" impossible. Hence, we had to call the location providers who helped us walk through the steps but they were impatient, continuing to mention that they were helping us "after hours" and that we should just accept what is given because we have no other choice. The location was so far away that the signal was spotty making it hard for us to complete the process through the app and the website. We ran into so many issues given we were placed in this situation by U-haul to begin with.

Xiomara GIt’s app only since there isn’t a person attending the location. This would be fine if the app didn’t keep crashing. It wasn’t easy to navigate to get the truck, but returning it was a nightmare. It wouldn’t accept my pic uploads and crashed 5-6 times causing me to start over again. Finally had to just drop the keys and leave since it was 10:30pm. Horrible experience.
Emile NDid not enjoy the markups and hidden fees. Started out as $30 rental and ended up being $120. If you want to drive the truck it’s $1.50 per mile which isn’t for gas … that’s a separate charge which makes no sense. What’s the $30 for??? The right to have a contract with them? Not a good experience from an expense perspective.
Jeremy BWhen returning the rental, I was charged an extra $10 because Uhaul location on maps didn't match the actual physical location of the dirt lot for drop off. There were no personnel present at drop off location, just a trailer in a dirt lot.

DAVID AThe self checkout on the website lagged for more than 30 min and when I called the number posted on the site for help, no one picked up the phone. The customer service line should be readily available at the time that a reservation is made.
Sun YI had a hard time with the self pickup on the app. The connectivity for my cell phone in that area was sketchy so it took me over 30 minutes to get checked out and it didn't allow me to finish. They were supposed to provide furniture dolly and blankets, but none were in the truck. I tried to note that, but the UHaul application kicked me out and I couldn't go back into to annotate. When I returned the vehicle I said I had not received the dolly or blankets, but it kicked me out again. Then I got my bill and was charged for them. Not a good experience. Next time, I'll go to a regular UHaul store and go to the counter.
Bryan KThis location was just around the corner from where I reside, so very convenient, it's only a drop-off location and most of the time is not manned!
daniel rI got charged over double of what i signed for, extra charges and the safe move which i put no 3 times. A rental fee and a rental charge and an additional random 45 charge. I’m completely upset and this is not acceptable. I reached out expecting an explanation and a refund.

Ken TThis is not a location. This is just a open place. There is no proper address, google maps takes to one of the house which is 0.5 miles away.. This location does not have any office nor people. Just a open place with dirt mud and grass and one tent. In that tent there is a drop box to put the keys that’s it. No office and no people will be there in this location
