Location is a dirt lot with tight entrance. Trucks everywhere. Office was supposed to be open 10-4. I returned truck around 11 or 12 and Noone was there and the small trailer office was locked up. No clear instructions posted on where to drop keys, but eventually found what I believe was the correct box

The place should be open when you arrive to pick up your rental truck. We had to wait at least 10 minutes before someone showed up.

JEFFREY FDo not offer online reservation because when you go to pick it up, they don't even look at that and start the process with you all over again. BIG WASTE OF consumer time.
