why have a u-haul building with someone working in there when they won’t help… i waited 2 hours due to system issues when the guy could have helped me but said call customer service online it all self service worst experience will never go back to that location at all bad experience

Nothing wrong with the location, but your app is junk and in serious need of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Also use military time aka 24 hour clock instead of am pm. Less chance of them telling me my damn rental was at 1130 at night!!!!! That was a mess to fix. Also my help wasn't booked and I had to scramble to get one guy to help from a moving company at a cost of 300 bucks.
David PUnfriendly, in a rush to get me out of there. Hooked up trailer and stated that it was ready to go while I was still checking all of the lights. Failed to hook up the safety brake cable which I noticed after I stopped just outside the lot on the road to finish my own safety check. He had a truck returning and wanted me out of the way because there is limited room.

Paul THas location for trucks but not trailers had to drive 10 miles to separate location to drop off trailer very small parking lot in front of busy hard to turn around and get out
