You should explain on your website that this is just a pick up/drop off location. The lock on your lock box should be replaced. It was very hard to set the combination to RENT. I needed to rent a two wheeled dolly, but there is no store. When I returned the truck, and finished taking all fifty pictures of different side and angles, I brought the key to the drop box, thats when some guy came up to me and explained that his little closet is the store... of course when I picked up the truck he just looked at me as I was struggling with the combination lock but just ignored me and went back to his conversation with I'm guessing a co-worker. Thanks for your help... Bottom line, I will probably never use U-Haul again. Tell your associate for that store I said thanks for all the help... asshole

I requested a dolly that was not in the vehicle and the location was closed. So, that was a disappointment.

My reservation was switched to mobile dispatch without anyone letting me know so I showed up to the lot and knocked on the door and discovered no one was there. I had to call U-Haul to find out what was going on and at that point I was told to continue the process using the U-Haul app. I had to download the app and when the app stopped working I had to call the uhaul help line again for assistance. It was just a very frustrating process from start to finish. I showed up 20 minutes early for my reservation and ended up finally leaving the lot almost 40 minutes after my reservation time. The location itself doesn’t feel the safest to be at when you’re alone.

The location and Trailer I picked up were decent, BUT The trailer did not have an adapter with it. Luckily, I had one in my truck. Then later, when I got to my destination to pick up the vehicle on the trailer, I realize that the straps for the tires were cut too short and wouldn’t reach the ratchet on the front of the trailer, so I had to go buy straps and come back and strap everything down… After calling in advance to check on the equipment. Not a good experience!!

I waited for 20 minutes just to pick up the truck, was difficult to find with an Uber, equipment was maintained in decent condition, but they had no hand trucks available, despite my reservation, so I had to buy one unexpectedly
