Location was great although was not feasible for me. I had to drive 20+ miles away from my location to get the truck adding more miles to the acceptable range. I`m OK paying for extra miles I personally incur although not for miles where I have to drive out of my way to pick up the equipment. I have been using U-Haul for my business moves seventeen years, I should not have to drive out of my way to pick up what I need. Last 5 moves I have had to this out of no fault of mine. On the way to pick up the equipment I noticed super size U-Haul dealers close to my address and asked myself; why am I driving half way across town to pick up the equipment? YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER / PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS TO A LONG TERM CUSTOMER!

The personnel weren't helpful. Once I had the trailer hooked up, I asked them to check the trailer lights, and they walked away, saying they worked when it was dropped off here. I had an 18-hour drive ahead of me, and it would have been helpful if they had at least walked behind the trailer to ensure the lights worked.
