The equipment was not clean...nasty sticky stuff in cup holder, and it only had a quarter of a tank in it.
Jasmine ACouldn’t check in due to outage and was set back several hours. We also had to purchase new windshield wipers for the truck.
Jaclyn NI would rather in person and the location was very much a dive and was for sure a run down establishment.

Leonel GI never received a code to get the keys. I called the service number and it took over an hour to get ahold of anyone who could help. I finally got the keys and opened to truck to find they hadn’t put the equipment inside so I had to drive to another location to get the equipment I reserved.

tracy CI ran into a complication that the application was not able to figure out my location. So it would not let me move to the step of validating my location. Somebody with me loaded the app and tried too, and had the same problem. I called the support number, and they told me that it was a different number that I needed to call, and they connected me and gave me the phone number, but remember I was by the side of the road using my phone for all of these interactions, and obviously didn't have a pen and paper to write things down. So they put me on hold for about 25 minutes, and then the guy on the phone told me to use the website instead of the app. So in using the app there was some complications that were my own, but I think that the app could have stopped me from making the mistake I made. The issue was when I got to the driver's license verification, I had done that before previously, but not recently. So when I entered my information physically, it looks like I overlooked the spot where I was supposed to scan it in. And it didn't stop me from doing that. It let me move on to the next steps without putting the ID in scanned. So now I receive my confirmation email, but they didn't give me the combination to the lock so I can get the key for the van. so I had to call back again, and this time the first person who answered the phone got an earful about my situation, and they stayed with me on the phone and walked me through the process, including the fact that I forgotten to scan in my driver's license and that was part of what delayed me. So I was delayed about an hour and a half from when I arrived to pick up my rental, but Uhaul was nice enough anyway to move my appointment time up, so I wasn't penalized for being late in any way. I will complain about the $20 after hours fee, which I didn't realize was going to be there. So my $20 around town, added $15 for my protection of the vehicle, and then $20 for after hours. So my $20 around town rental ended up being $75. So just something to think about.

Darrell TGreat location. With two older children moving back and forth from college every fall and spring we've been using U-Haul a lot. This was the first time I rented from this location but it won't be the last. Convenient location and the van was in really great shape. Almost new, very clean interior, and everything worked. End of day drop off is made really easy with the U-Haul app.

Darrell TUhaul itself, needs to get the mobile app working correctly to where it doesn't allow you to schedule to pick up equipment at locations where it is not available for the pick up time. I was originally scheduled to get this equipment at E 3rd St and then got routed to another location after I arrived at the 3rd St location. Very inconvenient.

Richard WThis location charged me for “non business hours” drop off. Also, they charged me for gas. I thought this was unbelievable considering uhaul didn’t provide me with the items I ordered in advance and gave me the uhaul with no gas. I tried to leave the uhaul with the same amount of gas in it. But it’s a guessing game on how many gallons to add when you don’t receive the vehicle on full.
