The staff at T&A were very informed and cooperative to work with since the rental centered around a weekend and the drop off time was uncertain. The equipment was clean and had all I requested. 08/12/20 T&A repairs were professional and friendly people. They brought out the trailer unhooked it from forklift and left it for me to hook it up. I HOOKED IT UP with no issue. Again friendly down to earth folks. 080320 I contacted UHaul to verify my quote that went to a reservation. No issues. 08/04/20 a UHaul rep at (434-634-2060) called me and said he was moving my reservation Car Hauler to be at 134 Courtland rd, Emporia. 08/05/20 I went to 134 Courtland rd Emporia to pay and verify that on 08/12/20 my car hauler would be ready. Man was again rude like the last rental and said no one from UHaul called me about picking up trailer from his location. I called the 434-634-2060 UHaul rep and indeed he verified that I was corrected and was going to pick up the car hauler from the UHaul rep at 134 Courtland rd. 08/11/20 I went online and prechecked in 08/12/20 I went to 134 Courtland rd Emporia to pick up my reservation car hauler. The business was closed, so I waited from 9am til 10:45. I called UHaul customer service and was on the phone 1 3/4 hrs talking with Eliza. She was very helpful and friendly. After 45 minutes into the long phone call, she took my payment and gave me a verification number. She then put me on hold. The online UHaul recording does state " you can pick up and drop off from over the phone" so I hooked up the car hauler and left while still on hold. After 45 minutes or so Eliza came back on the line and then told me I could not take the trailer for there was no business rep. I explained she gave me the comp number and the transaction was verified. She said for me to take the trailer back and I had to go 40 minutes drive time from 1st UHaul spot to 2nd UHaul spot to pick up another trailer. The issue was UHaul online system and nothing wrong on my end. So I took the trailer back to 134 Courtland rd. The business rep was there again and he called a police friend of his and tried to say I had stolen the trailer. I explained to the off duty officer the issue and no problem, so I unhooked the trailer and left. Before leaving I explained to the off duty officer that the business rep pulled up and stopped 5 minutes at the business while I was on the phone with the UHaul rep. The business rep said nothing and left. So he knew from the previous Wednesday I had reservations, he talked with the other UHaul location and was told my reservation for the trailer was moved to his location last Wed. So he knew and yesterday he has seen me waiting at his business for my reservation. I also explained to the off duty officer I have had no less than 3 US security clearances, and worked assignments under DOD, DOE, USACE, US Army, US Navy, US State Dept, THe World Bank and was a former Texas Peace Officer so there was no GODLY reason I was trying to steal a UHaul car hauler trailer. The officer had nothing else to say. I left and went to 2nd location to nicer UHaul reps and hooked up the trailer my self. Again no issues doing that. Eliza said I would be credited $50 from the web site and another $50 for the issues I was going through. Verify with the UHaul rep at 434-634-2060 and he will tell you we spoke last Tuesday and last Wednesday. He will verify that the business rep at 134 Courtland rd was aware last Wednesday I was scheduled to pick up the car hauler from him 0n 08/12/20/FRANKIE L.

I ordered a furniture dolly and furniture pads and didn't find out until picking up the Uhaul that this location does not carry any supplies. This was a huge inconvenience. We had to carry heavy furniture with hurt backs.angela B.

I would like to be contacted. When I picked up the U haul, the guy had to work on it for 1 hour and 30 minutes, before I could leave with it. Then the lights went out again ( 2 of them) wheil traveling. I called U haul and requested that I should be given a price off of what I paid to rent it. The person told me that I had to contact where I picked it up at. I did that 1st thing this am, but was told they could not do anything, since my debit card was already debited.
