The mobile check in went great easy pick up and easy drop off. I mistakes and dropped keys in before checking truck back in but it still worked out and was right around the corner from my house. Will use again!BRANDON A.

There was quite a bit of snow & ice and the owner was able to clear off the snow but not the ice. When asked if he had an ice scraper, we were told no. Just seems if you are renting a vehicle for liability reasons you'd want to have the windshields cleaned off. Vehicle was not clean, but free of garbage. Definitely appreciated the availability of the van last minute.Toni D.

The location was not as bad as U-haul. U-haul charged me extra because my employee dropped the trailer off after hours. I was not aware my phone had to take the trailer to the drop off location. My employee was permitted to pick up the trailer at this location but not permitted to drop off without me.Robert N.

This appears to be a small, one-man business and the operator is apparently a hard worker and supplementing his income with rentals. It's a very high traffic location, and I think the relationship between him and UHaul is very good one for both. I rated it average because there,s nothing wrong with average.Steven M.
Self drop-off when location was closed. Can't provide feedback. It WAS helpful that a sign on the â€œkey drop boxâ€ said to go online to complete the process. I would otherwise not realized I needed to do that. Thanks for posting that.Todd B.
Looks terrible outside and not good location. You have to do everything on the phone to check-in the truck when you return it and all the answers it asks and run around the truck to take photos to upload, but doesn't use the info to communicate with the customer after closing out the contract, just charges are made to mu credit card.Debra C.

This was a non-attended location. The truck was OK but we had great difficulty checking in because location services on my Safari was not turned on, even though location was active for other sites. This should have been made clear before on the confirmation email prior to me waiting for 30 minutes on Customer Service when I have to get to a moving situation with people waiting on me. When I first went to this pickup location at 11:30 AM, it was closed and had a sign on the door that said would return at 1:00. So I had to go home, reschedule the pickup for 1:00, and then return. Not being open during open hours is unacceptable. I understand that the truck is not waterproof. I did go through a lot of rain and some water did get in. Since the only things that got wet were in the back and on the floor, my guess is that it came through the bottom of the door. A better seal or other method of keeping water from coming in through the back door would be good.gregory C.
