I’m not the most tech savvy person so having to maneuver this transaction from a mobile app was not the most pleasant experience , especially when there was an attendant on location. 🙁

Dale MYou can make the pick up a little easier. I went through a lot of trouble trying to get my truck, took one an a half hour, many phone calls to customer service to finally get the keys!
