Hitch was rusted and hard to attach. Staff barely spoke English and couldn't help...my truck needed an adapter for the electrical hook up and I had to search auto supply stores to find one...there should have been some there for me to purchase. Quality of the trailer was not there and made a 600 mile trip very stressful.
