Air conditioning didn’t work

DAVID KThe truck was really dirty when we got it. Something sticky was on the middle seat and the cupholders and the floor were dirty. I tried to clean it the best I could with what I had… But I hated to be dishonest and say it was clean for the next family on the return truck questionnaire, but I had to because there was no way to avoid cleaning fee, I don’t feel like I should have had to pay the cleaning fee just because I was trying to be honest that the truck wasn’t clean—but not because of us.

Owen TI needed a U-haul last minute and was able to get a 15ft on the same day. The lady was nice and explained everything well. I was beyond thankful and relieved that I didn’t have to travel out of the city to get a same day U-haul. I will definitely be renting from them again soon.

aMANDA AMake sure you GPS the location. While easy to follow a GPS route, it could be difficult to find by merely seeking the location by only the address.

Chasity PI got charged extra mileage due to me having to pick up the van so far from my house due to availability I do not understand why I should have been charged for the extra mileage due to that I picked van up in Marion Ar and had to drive to moro Ar to my house to load van then to Boston ga to my new home then to Thomasville ha to drop off why was I charged
Dwayne Pa rental that should have cost $30 plus mileage plus the insurance ended up costing $103.93 + 52.88. the truck was at the site by 9:25am the next day. The app would not work on the phone so we ended up calling in to the 1-800 number to finish the check in which was another 30 minutes which then i was charged another days rental for being on the phone getting help which is advertised and then we have to pay for help. Very disappointed.
