We enjoyed doing business with you. I had passed your place many times and never noticed the trailers out there but we are from Cairo, and your store right off the bypass, was quite handy. The only improvement might be to give a LITTLE more room to put trailers back when delivering them. Also, for U-haul, put some tongue jacks with wheels on your trailers.

I informed my sales person that I wanted to drop the trailer I rented in another location and was told that it would be fine. I specifically pulled up Google Maps and told him where I would like to drop it. He should have told me it would be a huge extra charge. Now I am having a dispute to get my money back. The sales person really misled me by blatantly not informing of the charges associated with dropping the trailer elsewhere. If this cannot be reconciled I will be a life long "Anti-U-hauler" Please help me!
