The cashiers could have been a little more friendly or personable. Maybe because I was intruding on their lunch break?

Everything is great
Andy AStaff at the store don't really know the process of returning a trailer & they are rather rude to their customers. The male who accepted the return laughed at me when parking the trailer! I spoke with 4 employees while trying to return it & 3 of them were rude.
kristy mOlder white gentleman that smoked excessively who hooked my trailer up was rude. Walter the Spanish guy was nice as was the black man that assisted me. The trailer had a broken leaf spring and assist cable on door was broken

tray kAs I walked in to the business I was was greeted by a very friendly young-man. He directed me to a mid to older aged plus size woman sitting behind a glass counter. As I walked up to her counter she did not acknowledge me standing before her. I did not see a computer anywhere and she had her head down looking at her phone. I did not know if she was on facebook, reading a book, or what she was doing. There was no "It will be a moment as I am trying to get logged into the system" or any other type of acknowledgment. I decided to pull out my phone and start the return process on my phone through the U-haul app. When the woman finally looked up she had told me in a nasty tone that she had been blocked because I had started the process on my phone. I apologized and told her I didn't know she was trying to do it as she had not even acknowledged me standing there. She then smarted off that I might as well finish it. I proceeded outside to take the required pictures and completed the process. My future son-in-law picked me up and stated that most of the staff at this location have ill/hateful attitudes. This would be my last resort place to deal with in the future. Would rather pay for extra mileage than come back to this location.

ralph gNothing was wrong with the uhaul. The truck worked perfectly fine and we had no issues with that. However, the representative at the store was extremely rude. Her name was Dee (or something close to it). There was a hiccup on the gas needle at return which is fine. We understood the fee with no problems. However, we are certain we returned with the correct amount of gas. That’s besides the point though. We didn’t take a picture of the gas needle at return to have as proof so that’s our mistake. Instead of trying to resolve the matter though, Dee kept interrupting as I spoke on the phone with her. She kept talking over me and eventually disconnected the call on me twice. Very unprofessional and extremely rude customer service experience. I’ve never had an issue with uhaul rentals and the uhaul itself was great but the customer service at this location was awful. I will be sure to never rent from here again. I will drive out of my way to rent from somewhere else instead.

JAMES LI was very pleased with my experience being it was a 1st for me ALTHOUGH the fact that there is a daily rental fee and you pay for milage but WHAT THE HELL IS RENTAL TAX? I was charged an additional $18 for RENTAL TAX for having a uhaul for only 2 days.
