1) Clean the trucks properly; inside and out. 2) Allow people to pick-up and return trucks closest to where they live. 3) Insulate the cabs better for sound and safety. 4) Add cruise control for better mileage and safety. 5) Put the customer on par with corporate profits; you know, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

Pull / cancel UHAUL's contact with this company. Very un professional, trucks are drity (outside) looks like its been sitting for years .., inside cab wasn't that clean either, not messy just very dusty .., could write your name anywhere inside. They seem to have a habit of over charging customers , telling them one thing on the & in person, but the end they over charge you & give you a bunch of BS. EXCUSES on why ... Very Poor Business Practice as well as Customer Service .

The van I took has been a brand new and ran great. You sign the conctract with fuel level at first and then you see there is less gas. They will explain how to return the car after business hours but will not mention that there is $20 convenience fee for this. I do not like places where I am feeling be ripped off and will probably go somewhere else for next time.

RENTED TO ME WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME OF THE DROP OFF DATE. RENTED TO ME WITHOUT ASKING WHAT TYPE OF CAR I HAD. WHEN FINDING OUT ABOUT THE PROBLEM CREATED, HE EXPLAINS TO ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM ON THE APP WHAT TYPE OF CAR I HAD WHEN IT WAS HIMSELF THAT PLACED THE ORDER FOR ME. NOTIFIED ME TO BACK UP THE CAR WITH THE DOLLY ATTACHED. UPON HIM TELLING ME YOU CAN BACK UP WITH A TOW DOLLY, THOUGH I NEVER TOOK THE CHANCE MYSELF, MY NEIGHBOR STATED HE COULD HELP ME DO IT. HE ENDED UP DAMAGING MY CAR AND I DO BELIEVE IT IS TASKERS AUTO THAT SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AS HE WAS TELLING ME BACKING UP WOULD BE ‘WEIRD BUT OK'. Seriously, seriously, SERIOUSLY dissatisfied.

Pickup location was very far from requested location. Since I reserved a month in advance, my expectation was that I would not have to travel so far. Even though I had pre-registered it took about half an hour to complete the release since there were technical issues with the system.

I think the app requirement was tricky. The app was slow and hard to connect to but if you don't use it you are charged an extra $20. ????? During my rental there were connectivity issues and it took a long time to finally charge my card. When I was done the app asked me to pay again. There were many mishaps with U-Haul but Taskers was excellent. I will rent again from there.

The business closed early and was not there when I returned the van on time. My personal vehicle was locked up and the business didn't open till Monday. Fortunately U Haul got a hold of the owner and they sent someone to meet me there the second time I returned the van. The business owner denies that he closed early. U Haul was very kind to refund part of my rental fee. The owner should note that the gas station has a timestamp, my phone has a timestamp, and he was not honest.

They were recommended by a new neighbor, but it wasn't the location I was assigned to return the one-way truck. Dan made a call for the computer transfer, checked the truck and took the return with courtesy & no complaint! Very customer focused and I've made a friend. They will be my go-to for car repairs. The name of the business was Taskers!

we just needed a truck to move a piece of furniture, we were in a We were in a hurry, we went online, reserved the truck at a location close to home, they had the truck i wanted, it was brand new and the whole process was super quick, we were in and out in a few minutes and had the truck back to them in under 2 hours.. SO EASY, will definitely use this location again since we are always picking up some wonderful antique something that is too big for our cars...

My rental experience was very poor, but not due to the staff or equipment at Taskers Automotive. I was initially scheduled to pick up a 20' truck in Oceanside CA, but received a call 45 minuted before my scheduled pick up saying they did not have a truck for me anymore. I was then routed to Taskers to pick up a truck (26') and told that I would not be charged extra. Turns out I was charged extra for the larger truck.

I used the online 24/7 service, but in all the initial instructions that I saw, I was not made aware that I would need to take pictures of the different parts of the truck when I returned it to the rental facility. As such, I had to guess on the mileage used because I had already dropped the keys in the safe box before I knew to read the odometer. I think that there should be more notice upfront as to what the return process looks like because I only learned about it while making the actual return and found it to be very confusing.

After having a reserved truck cancelled on us by a competitor, Dan not only found us a U Haul truck on short notice, but bent over backwards to accommodate us and more than meet our needs. He was wonderful and we will call U Haul first the next time we need a moving service. Thank you Dan!

The truck smelled like urine. I refueled the truck back to 1/4 tank, but the parking place Taskers instructed me to park the truck when i returned was on a steep drive way. That throw off the fuel gauge and they charged me $46.50. I will never use U-haul again.

Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles weekly. Ensure the vehicle is fit for customer use before transaction begins. Vehicles windows and mirrors were stained and dirty limiting visibility. Please review this location on East Vista California.
