How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy reservation was switched to this location. I had a 7 am pick up time. I had movers at my house at 7 am. The location did not open until 8am. There were 2 men living in the parking lot. Would not help me. Finally at 7:45am another customer helped me get my truck. I had been paying 3 movers to sit at my house for 45 minutes doing nothing. There was no info on check out or on the return. I was issued an invoice over email for an additional fee of almost $100. This is not acceptable. There is no service and I am penalized.
Jamie CNo complaints. The person we worked with was friendly and competent.
Kevin HNo one present, but fine otherwise
Luis EService was efficient and friendly and the truck was best I have rented after several others. I recommend this rental location
