Darrell B.Oscar was at first rude. I walked in to his office, told him I was here to return the truck and needed a receipt. He then said he was busy doing something else and that he would return it once he was done and that I would get it in my email. Well I expected a paper receipt for my taxes.. I have never been told that they were to busy to help a customer out. I've been in customer service for 56 years and I know that customers come first no matter what the employee is doing. Because in the long run no matter what you're doing when the customer walks into a business, you leave what you are doing to help that customer in what their needs are. Because that chore you were doing before that customer walked in will still be there when you get back to it. In the last two months, I have rented two trucks from U-Haul to move. And even rented a storage. I Have paid a lot to do so. And I feel like I will need to second guess about using U-Haul again. Maybe retraining might be a way to teach your employee better customer service.
