Pickup and drop off was okay, lot is a little small but workable. The whole "fill the tank to where it was when you got it" is a shitty policy, just go back to full tank required on return, but that's probably on U-Haul not the location.Timothy M.

Overall, I did not have a good experience with U-Haul. We were notified the day before our pick up that we would need to pick up at another location, an hour away. I booked this reservation a month in advance to ensure availability, so it was very frustrating being told that my equipment would not be available at my preferred location on the day before a cross-country move. After several phone calls back and forth, we were told we could pick up at this location. When we arrived, one of the tires on the trailer was flat. They decided to patch it, which I had concerns about since again, this was a cross-country move, but they told me it would be fine. Waiting for the tire repair set us back about 3 hours. After finally getting the trailer home and loading it with our belongings, we set off on our drive and got about 1 mile down the road before the tire blew. We spent another 3 hours waiting for roadside assistance. Meanwhile, U-Haul representatives are calling us to change our drop-off location for later in the week, as if we have time to deal with that during all this chaos. Finally, I noticed this week that there is a $40 charge from U-Haul on top of the charge for the trailer, and I have no idea what it's for. Yet another thing I have to deal with disputing on my credit card. It's extremely frustrating that this has been our experience, especially given that we spent over $1000 with U-Haul on both the trailer rental and hitch installation. The truck was dirty inside and out. The steering was squirrelly and a pain to handle on certain roads especially at a slow speed or in stop and go traffic when loaded. It was not as bad unloaded but still an issue.PATRICIA ANN P.

Pull / cancel UHAUL's contact with this company. Very un professional, trucks are drity (outside) looks like its been sitting for years .., inside cab wasn't that clean either, not messy just very dusty .., could write your name anywhere inside. They seem to have a habit of over charging customers , telling them one thing on the & in person, but the end they over charge you & give you a bunch of BS. EXCUSES on why ... Very Poor Business Practice as well as Customer Service .Jay W.

The van I took has been a brand new and ran great. You sign the conctract with fuel level at first and then you see there is less gas. They will explain how to return the car after business hours but will not mention that there is $20 convenience fee for this. I do not like places where I am feeling be ripped off and will probably go somewhere else for next time.Ivan S.

RENTED TO ME WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME OF THE DROP OFF DATE. RENTED TO ME WITHOUT ASKING WHAT TYPE OF CAR I HAD. WHEN FINDING OUT ABOUT THE PROBLEM CREATED, HE EXPLAINS TO ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM ON THE APP WHAT TYPE OF CAR I HAD WHEN IT WAS HIMSELF THAT PLACED THE ORDER FOR ME. NOTIFIED ME TO BACK UP THE CAR WITH THE DOLLY ATTACHED. UPON HIM TELLING ME YOU CAN BACK UP WITH A TOW DOLLY, THOUGH I NEVER TOOK THE CHANCE MYSELF, MY NEIGHBOR STATED HE COULD HELP ME DO IT. HE ENDED UP DAMAGING MY CAR AND I DO BELIEVE IT IS TASKERS AUTO THAT SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE AS HE WAS TELLING ME BACKING UP WOULD BE â€˜WEIRD BUT OK'. I think the app requirement was tricky. The app was slow and hard to connect to but if you don't use it you are charged an extra $20. ????? During my rental there were connectivity issues and it took a long time to finally charge my card. When I was done the app asked me to pay again. There were many mishaps with U-Haul but Taskers was excellent. I will rent again from there.Alice E.

The business closed early and was not there when I returned the van on time. My personal vehicle was locked up and the business didn't open till Monday. Fortunately U Haul got a hold of the owner and they sent someone to meet me there the second time I returned the van. The business owner denies that he closed early. U Haul was very kind to refund part of my rental fee. The owner should note that the gas station has a timestamp, my phone has a timestamp, and he was not honest.Susan J.

we just needed a truck to move a piece of furniture, we were in a We were in a hurry, we went online, reserved the truck at a location close to home, they had the truck i wanted, it was brand new and the whole process was super quick, we were in and out in a few minutes and had the truck back to them in under 2 hours.. SO EASY, will definitely use this location again since we are always picking up some wonderful antique something that is too big for our cars...matthew E.
