You need to put signs up so people know exactly where the drop off area are. Once I finished the drop off. I was asked to move the truck around to the back of the store to a very poorly kept lot. Look liked someone just dropped off a bunch of gravel spread it out just to have a place to park. The grass was all grown up and not mowed. The lady was really busy in her store. So she just said go around back of building.I paid a lot if money and was left doing all of the work that a U-HAUL person should have done.

Where you parked the truck was nothing but mud and you couldn’t get service out there to return the truck on the app. Guys in the store couldn’t tell me nothing.

Very unprofessional rental company. I did not get any discount on my rental. I had to travel extra time and money on this rental. I have called and know answers why this happened?

I took the mileage and gas down on the paperwork and they initialed it. (Dont get me wrong the two ladies were nice enough but their uhaul training was not there) I took a pick of the dash and they said it would get checked in on Sunday or Monday.

barry jThis location does not need to be a drop off location. There was NO drop box anywhere on the building. The Mini mart closes at 7 and we were not done moving till 9ish. My brother started to take pics per the app and submit in while I was looking for the drop box. There was NO drop box. The only option was a mailbox at a used car dealership right next door and anyone could open the mailbox and steal the car and I was not about to be charged with a stolen truck bc of no drop box. So we looked up another location that was open till 11 bc I would rather leave the car with them and give them the keys. Meanwhile while I sat on hold for over 30 min before I could get any customer service rep on the phone we decided to take it to CTS towing (201 big run rd, Lexington ky 40503). We finally get a representative named Austin on the phone and I asked if I can change the drop off location bc the other place had no drop box and it was in a very unsafe area. He kept saying they do have a drop box. When 4 of us walked the premesis and there was NOTHING. He said bc we already submitted everything through the app that they can't change it. He put us on hold 3 other times and clearly this was not our issue this is an IT issue then if you all can not undue or change anything. I was having the best interest of U-Haul by not leaving it at that location and it getting stolen. At about an hour into the call Austin was very rude and said he would of told us to hide the keys in the car and we should not of taken it to th other place. And at this point I was done Bc it took an hour for him to tell us this. It was a problem that I felt I solved very well and U-Haul service was terrible. Austin then gave the woman at CTS towing a name and number for a manager to call and the man would come pick up the U-Haul key from them in the morning and said that I am no longer responsible for the vehicle. THIS WAS REDICULOUS bc the app makes it seem so easy and it is not with these drop off locations. This location needs to be taken off the list for drop off there was no drop box. I will never rent from U-Haul again after that situation and a long day of moving. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

Second time I have dropped off at this location with this owner and he should NOT be a U-Haul distributor. Runs a mini mart and does not care about the U-Haul customers just minding his store. Will never use this place again. So U-Haul really needs to drop this place. Paying this guy to use your service is giving U-Haul a bad name.

I had to call customer service to get it changed, and the I returned the trailereatly a day sooner as was still overcharged. The trailer itself was great and pulled excellently.

This bill that you sent me is BULL SHIT! I dropped off your truck at a gas station and before I turned it in I put gas in it and the gas hand was showing 1/2 of a tank. I have a witness that saw me put gas in the truck and the store probably has video cameras there. THIS IS ANOTHER WAY UHAUL CAN STICK IT TO YOU!!!!!! UHAUL SUCKS!!!!!! Also I had to drive 30 miles out of my way to go get this peice of SHIT truck because UHAUL Refused to go pick one up for me. What about the gas money that I am out to make that trip. That will be 15$ please payable NOW!!! How do I get that money back!?!?!!??

Virginia DAgent was out of town, so we had to deal with a cashier (who was very nice) of the gas station, and she was alone during a busy time of day. Cashier thought the truck was broke and didn't understand why I was there to pick up the truck which made me very nervous. She ended up getting the agent on the phone, and he gave me a number to finalize the payment. I had to leave the store to give out information that I didn't want all the customers of the gas station to hear. Besides all of the above information I was very thankful that the had a truck to accommodate my moving needs.

malorie jThe person who operates this location, was not there to issue the trailer and complete the paperwork. I spent over an hour waiting for the guy and then on the phone. Finally, the person at the call center was able to complete the contract (although I had to give her all the info I originally submitted on line) so that I could then go and fish the trailer I rented out from behind all the others. As I was about to connect it, I man who stated he was a friend of the guy who was supposed to be there showed up to help me out.

POUL BMy reservation was originally made at a different location in Nicholasville, KY. When I went to pick the truck up at the initial location I was told that my truck was not there and that they weren't sure when they could get me one. I understand that scheduling issues can occur but I believe the professional thing to do would have been to give me a call to let me know when it became apparent that there was a problem. My scheduled move was moved back about three hours due to the location not having my truck and also having to drive to another location that is further away.
RICHARD PI met the owner/manager of the location. He assured me I would not incur any overage charges for miles due to the odometer reading being off. However, I am now being billed for overage and continue to be billed now for a late charge. All of which I DO NOT OWE. The owner/manager was nice enough but I'm confused as to why the odometer was off and why I would be responsible for this charge. I'd like to get this cleared up as soon as possible.
