AIDAN NWorst experience I've ever had renting a U-Haul the truck sounded like the tire was gonna fall off when I turned left there was a horrible smell inside the truck and then because I didn't not return it back to this location because I didn't have time to so I returned it to a location closer to my new location I received a text saying that I had to return it to Plymouth or else it's considered stealing and the state police were going to be involved!! Then when I finally called to Plymouth location to explain my entire situation I got told very rudely that I had to get the keys back and bring it back to Plymouth because they reserved it for someone else and I said no I'm not driving it back another 2 hours when there's a U-Haul drop off 20 mins away and I already left the keys in the drop box, it was an absolutely horrible encounter then I was told I was going to be charged a 1000.00 per truck because I dropped them both off at a location closer to me, I will never ever deal with these people at this location again!! Not to mention the building that you go into to rent the truck is so full of stuff that there's boxes and junk piled up to the ceiling and just a path to get to the counter
KATRINA Awe asked for a small van for a 1 way rental and had to rent a big box truck for over $230, when a van would've been less than $50. there were 2 vans sitting on the lot. It was a lot of money that I really didn't have.Very disappointed.
LAURIE MHighest level of service is offered at this location. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will go out of my way to rent from them even if it means paying more.
JACK VSlow; repetitive; redundant; took forever; usually rent a trailer in under 10 minutes but took 1/2 hour here. Pain in the butt

MICHAEL KWhen we got there, the van had an engine light on, and the man that gave it to us said “it happens from time to time just turn it off and on and it’ll go away” that is very sketchy. Imagine if another family that rents it doesn’t notice and then when they come to bring it back the engine light is on? They’ll be at fault for that. SMH. Also the reservation I made on the app was for the car to be back at 3 and the lady at the counter changed it to 1 that’s not what me and my husband wanted. And in the contract she charged us for a full day even though we only used it for 4 hours. Very unfair.
