The location was excellent. For U-Haul corporate I would suggest remving all the pre-registration requirements. I needed to do it all at the site so the preregistration stuff was a waste of my time. There should be an option on this survey to rate U-Haul corporate in addition to the rental location.

Sid MThe location is okay and the people extremely nice, however, up until 3 hours before the time the truck was due back I believed that I would be returning it to TMT Auto Sales and Service. I received a text at 4:15 and the return was scheduled for 7:00 PM. TAV is 7 miles away from TMT, and I ended up being billed for those extra miles. Not a huge deal, but aggravating. Please refund the extra charges. Thank you.
