The check-in process was EXTREMELY thorough and as such, was rather time consuming. I rented a 6x12ft enclosed trailer from a UHaul in Greenwood SC just a few weeks prior and the process was simple and quick. The process here for a 6x12ft open trailer involved tracking via the Uhaul app, photos, an actual phone call to verify my secondary contact, etc.. The itself trailer was fine and only used for <2hrs. The staff was friendly and helpful.

SCOTT BThe location was excellent. For U-Haul corporate I would suggest remving all the pre-registration requirements. I needed to do it all at the site so the preregistration stuff was a waste of my time. There should be an option on this survey to rate U-Haul corporate in addition to the rental location.
