I don’t know how U-Haul stays in business. They can’t guarantee you anything. They call you at the last minute and change your location for pick up to an hour away my local U-Haul don’t know how they are still open in Moultonboro the kid with his feet on a table couldn’t answer any of my questions and just talked about how he liked working at Penske better but came back to U-Haul. I don’t know why Would never use it again if I didn’t have to
