Showed up and there were no keys in the drop box so I couldn’t get a truck. Trying to get a refund has been terrible

When i arrived no one was there. I had to call leave a message. A few minutes later the man arrived. He also told me I would get a reimbursement as I dropped the trailer off 7 hours after I picked it up.
