Initially showed up at the specified time of the reservation no one was available to complete. The reservation spoke to a young female, who stated that she does not do anything with U-Haul made a phone call and the person on the phone said to just let me take the rental didn’t fill out any paperwork therefore when I took the trailer back to the drop off location in Virginia, I was unable to check in the rental because the trailer was never properly dispatched the overall experience in running the U-Haul and picking it up and then picking it up and dropping it back off, has been extremely poor staff needs to be much trained, much better and how to handle these rentals
