Upon arrival to the gas station the attendant made me wait until he had finished with a line of waiting customers to pump gas. Then when I asked him to help me he told me his computer was down and he couldnt. Then when I asked for the dolly I had requested he told me he didnt have any.. The truck was filthy outside and a bit better inside. Upon returning the equipment, I had to do his job for him! Take pictures of the vehicle, all around, take pictures of the gas and mileage, take pictures of the cargo area with door close and door open! I paid almost $100 for a few hours rental, yet, I was forced to do the job of the attendant? Next time I will go to Home Depot or any other company instead of U-Haul, it is a shame!
Hector FReserved online a week in advance. Completed pre-check in the day before. Then prompted by text to upload license again. Did so. Then prompted by text to upload license again. Went to get truck at designated time. The staff at business could not complete check in - did not appear to be able to successfully navigate portal. 2nd staff no more successful. After 1 HOUR, I called U-haul and they activated a mobile check in. After 15 minutes of downloading app, uploading license a 4th time, completing application a 3rd time, photographing vehicle, I left ONE HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES AFTER ARRIVAL with a criminally overpriced truck. Thanks U-Haul for the pleasant experience. I hope you enjoy farming my personal information. I will delete the app, I assure you.
Robert HI need to print out both contracts and go back to the location as the picture of the mileage I took after returning the truck says 116027 and they charged me using 116072. this is 45 miles more than I showed him.

Aja OI am writing this review because I am stressed. The over all experience was okay, the uhaul was clean and the location was fine! What I am stressed about is that an extra $99 was taken from my account after I initially paid $37. I was fine with that, because I went over the mileage. I am not, however, fine with the fact that $137 was taken from my account, but the $99 is still not refunded to me. It is really sort of screwing me over. The guy who helped me at the gas station was nice, but I'd really like someone to reach out about the extra money...
Bria BThe van I received wasn’t clean at all. The smell made me sick. It smelled of an animal. The passenger seat had animal Hair in it, that made me sneeze constantly. I tried to switch vehicles but the attendant said there wasn’t vehicle available. I was extremely disappointed in the condition of my rental
Angel WMy rental agreement was for a van. When I arrived 10 minutes before my pick up, Iwas told the van was rented and I had to use a 9’ truck. I was apprehensive about driving the truck, but it all worked out. I was told the van I had reserved was rented from the UHaul website and not from the vendor directly. Nevertheless, it all worked out better for me.
Japonica RU-haul rep. informed me that I had to create an account on line to check out the vehicle. Only after viewing my difficulty in trying to do so did he complete the check out on his tablet. I feel that it would have significantly expedited the process if he made that an option from the start
James EI reserved a van. When I got there I discovered the van door would not secure. My reservation was then changed to a small truck. I was told there was an additional mileage fee for the change. I do not think I should have been charged the difference in mileage fees.
Adrienne SThe condition of the vehicle is a problem. If you had inspected it, you surely would have seen the tie down strap holding the back door closed. The rear door latch is broken and does not operate safely. You surely would have seen the film of dust and filth all over the dash, seats, floor. You would have surely noticed the stone, sand, dirt filling the orifices throughout, and spilling into the unit. Theres still mud on the tires, wheel wells, and exterior from the last slob who rented it. The motor is strong, sounds good. The transmission is great and sounds good. There was air in the tires, and the brakes felt great. At the end of the day, charges were fair, assistance and representation was good.
Jordan BSo, the dash board display was malfunctioning, in my opinion. I could not see the odometer consistently, because there was an alert that would come up immediately after startup. So, when trying to figure out the odometer, I would have to turn the vehicle off, then back on just to check it again. Also, we had to convert miles to km for recording purposes. I can easily do it, but let's keep it consistent please.

Jeffrey HRude staff and they lied on how many miles were driven. I have had to dispute this because of their dishonesty. I am insulted and will report them to the better business bureau for deceiptful practises.

Marquia SI was extremely unhappy about having my drop-off location changed at the last minute. I was at the original drop-off when I learned that my drop-off had been moved. You should not do that to your customers! I had plans that evening and having to figure out what was going on with the original drop-off location, drive to the new drop-off location and return the truck there, which is farther from my home, made me late for my dinner with friend. That was very aggravating! Poor customer service will deter future rentals.
Christine MI was charged for six furniture covers when there was only three. Also I believe that there should be at least one person that is just there for u-haul.

Nicole HMy first rental experience was better than the last rental experience from this location. The last rental the representative did not explain to me that I was going to get charged another fee for returning the vehicle late. After reviewing Uhaul website I did not find any information stating that if you returned a truck later than stated there will be an additional charge for the rental. Also, the representative at pick up or drop off did not explain there would be a charge if the rental was returned late. This location has just lost a repeat customer.

Ninja SBetter customer service. Felt like the employee did not help very much and was my first time with a U-Haul truck and thought i was suppose to know everything. Employee rushed me to Leave without telling me everything was ok with the truck and payment and i asked again to make sure my service was stopped and im not getting charged and he said you’re good and i asked one more time and he said “oh sorry your still being charged your not done yet”
Ronald CThere was difficulty with the checkout process. The attendants at the gas station assured they would check me out and I didnt have to stay for the process. I later received a bill being charged for $20 of gas despite only driving a total of 4 miles and having the vehicle for less than an hour.
