The van came in super handy however, it had a smell to it. Almost like someone before us had fertilizer or something in it.

Newer trucks and put more gas in them
Christine GThe truck barely had any gas in it. It needed service so i couldn’t even see the odometer at all. It kept saying engine oil low, stop engine throughout the whole time forcing me to be in a state of panic the entire time. Overall it was a terrible experience getting this U-Haul.
korbin MThe man was very rude and argumentative. You all need to investigate this location. He argued that he had to overcharge me even though I stated that I would only be driving 15 miles. I didn’t even drive that and I never got my refund back. Please investigate this.
LaMoni RVery suprised nobody accompanied me to inspect tha van to actually find out that gas position and speedometer. Waited a long time for a second attendant to show up and he still refused to go out and conduct the inspection. This a shame. Just because you have a card in your record and you can charge whatever you want.
