I needed temporary storage and they filled the need. It was easy to check-in and even easier to check out. I felt safe with the inside storage as they never turned the lights out for safety. Thank you.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. I never worried about my furniture..it was wonderful to not have that stressor in my mind. Easy gate access when I stopped to retrieve items and very well lighted drive thru. Easy payment online as well. They thought of everything. Thank you

Very upset and disappointed with the condition of the rental. Pickup location stated that truck was dropped off with no fuel in it. They had to use gas cans to get fuel in it. The fuel gauge read between 1/8 & 1/4 tank. The rental agreement said it was at 1/4 tank. The windshied was filthy inside and outside. Tried to clean the outside with the windshield wash but it was empty as well. I am going to assume that this truck was never checked in properly for the next rental. I have rented from U-haul multiple times in the past and have NEVER received a truck in this condition. I am very disappointed with this rental experience. This does not reflect well on the U-haul name and reputation.

Our online reservation took us to a run down tire store in Tallahassee, Florida. An hour drive from our preferred location. Your app didn’t work. It wasn’t just us, another lady had been at that location for over 2 hours and the app still wasn’t giving her a lock box code. The guys at the tire store didn’t know anything and weren’t able to help. We called Jenni in Perry and she help us swap to a truck at her location. Jenni in Perry was excellent. Your app and the tire store in Tallahassee get an F.

I called to make reservations on Saturday, while in Tallahassee and was informed trailer would not be available until Tuesday. I drove back home on Sunday 7 hours to turn around and drive back up 7 hours on Tuesday, hook up car and drive another 7 hours back home. The uhaul representative I spoke with booked the uhaul for Tuesday at 11am. It wasn’t until I called on my drive up that I was informed the place the trailer was reserved at would not have the trailer and I would have to drive an additional hour out of my way to a different location. Had I not called to try to change the pick up time I would’ve never known because U-Haul did not notify me. By the time I found out that I was gonna have to drive an additional hour. I had already been on the road close to five hours. Customer service with U-Haul is ridiculous and very rude. They have no problem inconveniencing their customers. Never once did they apologize for not contacting me to let me know that the location they had picked would not have the trailer and that I would have to drive an additional hour out of my way. Then on my way coming back, I got a notification that my drop off location for the trailer had been changed again no phone call just a text but at least this time they notified me out of my way and not convenient.

My reservation for a truck that I tried to make on your website was unsuccessful. I needed a truck in Old Town to move household to Tallahassee area. When I got there they had no trucks. no trucks in Fanning Springs, no trucks in Chiefland. The closest truck was in Perry or Dunellon. Time spent in going to Perry to pick up truck cost hours and 100 miles, which I had to pay for later. Instead of getting everything moved half my stuff is still in Old Town. It's going to cost me hundreds of dollars to complete the move that should have been able to complete on Saturday. Everyone I dealt with was delightful. You've got a lot of great people out there but your website and reservation system SUCKS! You cost me days of time and hundreds of dollars because I didn't get a reservation right there was no truck for me to rent within 50 miles. Uhaul, you have great equipment and great people but your system is broken. Somebody forgot to wash the truck I got and the windshield was buggy.

I rented an enclosed 6x12 trailer. It was a newer trailer and in excellent condition. Evidently the new style means that the trailer tongue is on the ground NOT with a typical trailer crank to lift/lower the trailer to the hitch. I am an active man. I could not lift the tongue off of the ground. Fortunately I happened to have some 4x4 pcs of wood in my truck so I lifted the tongue high enough to reach the hitch. Most people will not be able to lift the tongue by themselves. I load and unload 10& 12 foot pallets for dis assembly, so i am familiar with lifting heavy things .i am disappointed to know that uhaul has changed this trailer feature. There is no crank on the trailer. Uhaul made a mistake with this new model.

I only choose average as there was no one at this site, sign reading "gone to lunch" was at the door. No worries as the online checkin was fine. However I cant rate this type of intereqcyion more than average as there is no way to improve on average with an online checkin

the trailer had zip ties making the tail light work it was working when i left but had to play with it to during trip to make it stay on, i also have major complaints about uhaul i rented 1 trailer i got email conformation of renting 1 trailer then i got phone calls for the next 2 days about other reservations i had, i am not sure how your system says i had multiple rentals when i got conformation one the 1 rental i rented and when i was checking in at the facility she only showed one rental, and after the 3rd call and the representative on that 3rd call out of Jacksonville his customer service was absolutely unprofessional lacked in any type of caring, he was very perturbed because i was questioning the call and i had already got 2 other phone calls the day before which totally set him off, i asked his name he said mitch and i asked to speak to a supervisor or manager he laid the phone down for 8min and around 34 seconds where someone came back and just hung it up. i called backed asked to speak to a manger i was put on hold with music and a message while i was actually on hold and when the " manager" came on i explained what happened and found out that the uhaul employee lied about his name and the manager was going to speak to him. i know employees is hard to find and the quality of employee is getting worse every day but the attitude and demeanor of this employee needs to be addressed because i will be thinking twice before i rent a uahul again because of his actions for questioning the call and because your system has major issues if you showed 3 trailer reservations and i only got 1 conformation email

Got there at 9 to return was not open as store hours show. Waited 20 minutes then tried to return through website and was unable so called the 800# to let them know I returned it. Have to rent a trailer in a few weeks so may have to find a different drop off

This was a very convenient option for us , we were waiting for are home to arrive and we’re able to shop for some items like living room furniture , ceiling fans and other items and were able to store it safely, we were living with a relative and they don’t have a lot of room , would Definitely use this place again !!, the girl inside was so nice !!

The representative at this location had more knowledge then anyone I talked to on the phone. I had to show her all my proof that uhaul personal falsified documentation. She waived my change location fee, which should have never happened because that was already done but documented in the uhaul system or changed by other uhual staff. She was not able to compensate me and agreed this should not have happened

My original pickup location was in Tallahassee, FL. The morning of my pickup, I was notified that the trailer was not available anywhere in Tallahassee and I had to drive 57 miles out of my way (each way) to pick up the trailer in Perry, FL. It would have been nice to get that notification earlier so i could better coordinate the move. That said, the woman operating the Perry location (wish I could remember her name) was very professional and helped me through the paperwork, ensured I was satisfied with the equipment and helped me get it hooked up to my truck. Couldn't have been happier with the service she provided.
