I made reservations 7 days before pickup. 1 day before pickup I was told my local location did not have a trailer. Why did I make a reservation? After driving 60 miles to a location with a trailer I find that the new location has not been supplied with hand carts yet. So I did not get one of those even though it too was reserved.
