I was quoted $400 for this rental. Got there and paid $502.39. Then paid $180 in gas to make sure it was returned on a full tank. Then they asked me to pay $7 to drop it off and I hit the disagree box because I already paid way more than I was quoted initially but because I had no other way home I had to pay that and i used every dollar I had getting home. Who pays $7 to drop it off after I refueled and cleaned it? I was supposed to get the 15ft truck for the price of the 10ft that’s what the lady on the phone told me.

Justin SAir conditioning in the truck was useless, felt like the heater was on high.
DAVID SI noticed that you only need to fill up to where it was when you picked it up. It would be nice if you still required it to be full when returned. The trailer ratchets were in dire need of lubrication. I had trouble even getting the straps loose. I did buy some WD-40 and lubricated them and they worked fine. I re lubricated them when I dropped it off to make it easier for the next person. The inside of the truck was filthy — chips all over the floor, sticking residue all over the cup holder area. I did not get assistance hooking up the trailer but that was no big deal for me but others may need assistance.
