You may want to go in person and check this place. Muddy, small, crowded, and i had to go back and forth for minutes to get the trailer turned and dropped off. Bad customer service, Many asked the owner ( i guess the owner) where to drop the trailer, he raised up from under the dash of the truck he was working on and said, back it over there, we move it later. That was all the conversation that man had. Bad customer service looks bad for U-Haul My overall experience was terrible. Bad thing is, I rented two weeks prior from Temple and had outstanding customer service.
