The owner was rude and completely disrespectful. He also did not clean the truck out.

Matthew GThe drop off location looks like it’s at someone’s house. Nothing about it looks professional. The site said closes at 5 pm. I dropped it out gf at 4 and explained about the remaining days needing credited. He stated no that’s not how that works. And said he’s closing up and I’ll get my receipt tomorrow. He didn’t offer any numbers to call to help with my issue. Just stated that he’s just to validate the drop off.

Ronnie TThis is a new location, experience was a little light. The reservation experience was terrible. I requested nearly a month prior for a pick up location near my home only to find out that the day of pick up my reservation had been sent to this office several miles and 20-25 minutes away from where I needed to pick up. I requested a different drop off location where I rented, but found out when I tried to drop off the trailer that I was going to be charged hundreds of dollars to drop there. So, once again, I had to drive across the city again to return the trailer. Lots of wasted time and fuel. Not a good experience at a national level at all.
