MEREDITH LIt makes no sense to me to rent and charge for any equipment for a period of time beyond what the customer needs. We wanted to rent the tow dolly for 4 days. Because we know that's what it takes us to get to our destination. We had to rent and be charged for two additional days. Not cool.
