I go from kelowna to Surrey i thing i save my time but when i go that location to pick a trailer there is no body in that location i wast 2 1/2 hours i call him that guys but they don't answer the phone never call back pls don't send any one too that location plsSandeep P.
It was not me dropping anything to this location, check the identification of the customers. I got charged for someone else because uhaul employees can't do their job properly, in result I got uhaul stealing money from my credit card. Very disappointing and worst experience everGheorghii I.
Nobody was at location. The trailer we rent was not available when we went to pick it up. Waste my 90 my minutes and we end up renting truck instead of trailer. Manager who was talking with me on phone told me that i will get credit of 50 dollars because of this delay but i didn't get that tooManjit P.

fix your software. Not being able to credit the credit card on hand and bill it to another is standard practice for decades with many other companies and you do not provide the service without a call into another customer service representative.Kim L.

Location was so sketchy it was almost scary. Narrow access and trash everywhere. Restricted movement ability in confined parking area; expected precision parking despite limitations. No one was available to dispatch the vehicle , I had to call a phone number and the person gave me a number to unlock the key box on the RH rear view mirror, when I returned the vehicle I had to park the vehicle at the same spot reverse parking very small space, and drop the key in a Red Box. There were previous customers used napkins, RH front tire pressure was low, I put air on all tires RH front tire were 40 psi I put air on all tires to 60 psi, had to pay $2 for Air. I drove 66 kms put 15 liter gasoline , fuel level was more than what I was received. This same vehicle I took the next day and he overcharged me for fuel and cleaningALEXANDER P.
He over charged me for fuel and Cleaning, I drove 43 kms put 10 liter Gasoline . fuel level same as received and returned. There were no one present at the location for dispatch or return inspection. I have used to move a recliner chair and a small bike for 6 year old child, no dirt in side or outside I returned the van as it was receivedAlexander P.

Overall, I had a really bad experience with U-Haul. This was my very first time renting a U-Haul vehicle and it turned out to be the worst. So, I booked the vehicle online through the website for Sunday. And I was offered a 24/7 pickup using the mobile phone. But, on Sunday morning, while on my way to the location, I tried to access the booking, but it did not let me do anything. Then, I called in the customer service, and was informed that nobody set up the vehicle the day before, as the location being closed on Sundays. I felt like, the guy over the phone did not even care about this and I heard him laughing about this happened. Though he arranged another vehicle at a different location, which did not meet my satisfaction. There was no parking available anywhere nearby, so I had to go get my friend to drop me off at the location. It all took me about an hour and a half of my time. Now, the vehicle was not in condition as well, it had the TPMS light ON in the beginning. I checked the tire and did not bother refilling. After all, I am not happy with the rate that I got charged.Felix J.

It was disappointing when I reserved the truck and the handcart dolly to find out the following morning it was first come first serve therefore I recommend that if there's no hand carts available it should be noted on the website when booking the equipment it's very misleadingJohn S.
The wires on the trailer I rented were broken. I had no brake lights. I contacted the location and they saidgo to a corporate uhaul location and they can deal with it. I went there and the repair took over 1 hour. Overall I wasted 3 hours of mt day trying to get it sorted out which resulted in me not being able to move all my things in 1 day. The dealer was very impatient and not very helpful over the phone. The van was parked at the back of a poorly lit gravel lot and there was barely enough room to get the truck out. He expected me to parallel park a large truck in a small gap. The truck was not swept, there was a large chip in the windshield and the door frame rubber seal is falling off. The pictures it asked me to verify were obviously very old as there was snow in them. They were also back lit so I could not see any detail on the truck. I was charged double what I was expecting and I was not given a reason as to why. Overall it was not a good experience and I would recommend against anyone using this location.Jonathan M.

it would be nice to actually meet the people you drop the truck off so you could go over truck condition , in my case i was leaving town and would not be able to go over any problems that the drop off place may have found .i prefer person to person .He was nice though as i left my glasses in truck and he then came out to let me get them.Wayne H.

No signage at the entrance. Location is way at the back in the corner with tiny little sign in the middle of all scrap metal junk. Took me 15 min to find the location and another 15 min to find key drop off box. Rather drive truck back to new west than dropping it off here in future.AMILDEEP M.

This location is an industrial area where there is no parking. This was not communicated with me and when my husband went to pick up the Uhaul he had to turn back around and drive all the way home so I could drop him off there. I would hit recommend renting from this location.Benjamin N.

This was my first time using the mobile pick up option, which on one hand, was pretty cool...but... I have to say that it was a little bizarre picking up from the back of some random big rig lot with minimal Uhaul signage. I'm definitely way more comfortable picking up from a lot where you can see all the Uhaul trucks parked in a lot within view of the street. I was a little sketched out. Felt a bit unsafe. That said, the young man who met me at the site was friendly, thorough and professional. As was the gentleman who called me the day after to help close out the rental contract.Colin F.
