The person on site had no idea how to return a truck. To return the truck we opened the link several times knowing there had to be a return truck link. The option to return truck is at the very bottom of the link way past all the explanations and the font is half the size of the rest. Very ODDLevi C.
when i arrived, the office was closed. i rang the doorbell, from which someone announced that i needed to call a number posted on the door to be helped. posted with the number was a note explaining that the owner/operator(?) received a COVID vaccine in June, and as a result, was working from home on August 13. i was then buzzed into a gate and told to leave the uhaul + trailer parked in the middle of a road, with the keys left in the truck. i was told that i needed to return the uhaul + trailer in person, but there was no person when i got there and i basically had to check myself out because THERE WAS NO ONE AT THE STORE AND THE WHOLE STORE WAS LOCKED. 1/10 STARS WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.JANINE W.

Seemed nice but could've parked the UHaul himself, wasn't super clear where to park the Uhaul. Overall the guy seemed nice that helped out and efficient. Better customer service compared to the first location.EVAN V.

I had to drive an additional 15 miles to return the equipment but additionally I returned the truck 18 hours early to the location. The location had been closed for five min and the man who met me in the parking lot said they were closed and recommended that I use the self check in stating he needed to go help someone move a bed and had to go. The lot was so small and full had I kept the rented trailer there would have not been any place to put the equipment and as I stated before no one to assist with check in. It is not a facility that supports the services that customers are ordering.JENNIFER M.
The employee at the 6200 W 10th St, Greeley, CO 80634 location (can't remember his name) went above and beyond to help me get the enclosed trailer I needed. I was waiting on a call from management regarding how many days I needed the trailer and no one ever called but the employee at that location made some calls and moved some things around to make it possible to get the trailer I needed for the amount of time I needed it. I would recommend your employee rather than the location. He was awesome and I hope you share this positive feedback with him.KATHERINE W.
Be sure to call UHAUL before going to get your rental. I confirmed my rental online as UHAUL suggested, and had confirmation, however, the original location where I was scheduled to pick up my rental didn't have it in their system. This was not the fault of the specific UHAUL dealer, it was corporate. Don't assume that because you confirmed online through UHAUL that your rental will be there. Call the location directly. The guy didn't seem too friendly when picking up the truck. After I finished with the truck, I cleaned it up and filled it with appropriate fuel. The next day they charged me $22 to put 5 gallons in. I called customer service and they refunded it.SHERYL K.

Also I selected no damage coverage and he took advantage of the fact we were in a hurry and tacked it on even though I didn't ask for it. Pick went fine, guy was helpful and nice. Did not wear a mask though, not even inside. Drop off after hours- did not leave any way to get the trailer off. Very, very heavy- had a hard time getting it off my truck and hurt my shoulder.MARK W.
The strap ratchets needed oiling desperately. The tongue jack didn't work when I returned the trailer and we had to lift it off the hitch. One tire was also low when I picked it up. I had to air it up myself as I didn't notice it until I got home with it.SAMUEL O.

We dropped off the truck after hours and the experience, from a tech perspective was great. And that is literally what my company does so take that as VERY high praise. The lot was a little tight for 26 foot truck with a dolly, but my son used to be a commercial truck driver and he made parking the truck look easy. All in all this seems like a good location. But I have to give them average because of the small lot.Brian R.

At the time on pick up the online check out was not working and the business was closed. There was no one there to assist. The truck was dirty inside from the previous rental. The appliance dolly and the furniture blankets were not in the truck. I had to go to a different location to pick up the other items I had requested. Had to go through all of the contract crap on for the truck on the telephone in 8 degree weather when the vehicle had already been paid for. I am not sure if this is normal or not. The rear tires on the truck were nearly worn out.Lance H.

The guy at the front desk was very rude and had a terrible attitude. We had a reservation pick up time of 4:45pm, he started to help another customer that didn't have a reservation and told us that he was not going to be able to help us because he had to leave at 5:00pm. Then comes right back out and tell us that the other customer's credit card declined so he could help us if the transaction took less than 10 minutes. If they can't provide proper customer service they should not offer the 4:45pm reservation.Elizabeth V.

It was frustrating to have no definite drop off site until several hours after I had picked up my vehicle. My confirmation couldn't not give me a drop off location, calling online support twice could not give me a drop off location, and when I picked it up they could not tell me where I would be allowed to drop it off. I do not thinks this reflects this location but the scheduling process. I needed to know where I would be able to drop off the Uhaul to be able to plan and get back to my car and people were telling me I might have to drop it off in places that were 30min to an hour away. This would be a helpful thing to change about your booking process.Carol B.
I reserved a furniture dolly. It was missing when I picked up the truck. I called the emergency phone number listed on the U Haul office door, the person answered the phone was rude and refused to help. I spent an hour and half on the phone with U Haul with no luck solving the problem.Lei W.
