For the most part. Customer service was good and helpful. However, the trailer was in subpar condition. In the process of getting to our destination we had driven through a few rain showers. The trailer was not rain tight. Our possessions had gotten wet. One of which was our very expensive mattress. We had it secured in its own bag and it still got soaked.
