We rented a U-Haul with movers. The movers were extremely unprofessional and we’re clearly not experience because they had difficulty moving the furniture in and out of the house without damage. Hour and a half late with no concern for timing. The process with checking in and out of the app was inconvenient and tedious. Because I was Able to complete the move, I would rate a 3/10.

Tiffany DIt was very hard to open key box then there was an extra lock on back of trailer.di kind was the man that came out to open and then he cleaned the trash out of the trailer.dtop off was fine also the driver side lock would not open had to get in from the passenger side.looks like they tried to fix it with puddy needs attention.but over all everything went well

Donald B“Tesla” is no where to be found. This location is an abandoned fireworks building with an “open” sign in the front window of a pair of chained up doors. The only indication youre in the right place are the other uhaul vehicles parked behind the building. The listing says the location is open until 3 but i couldnt find anyone onsite and the phone number does not connect to anyone
Amanda EMy return day was on a Sunday. Most of these places usually aren’t open. The website said that this one was open, but when we called we found out that the information was wrong. He came out and helped me anyway. I would say that is excellent service!

Alexander GNo one was at this location and no one answered the phone. We had to leave the trailer in the lot. Other customers said that there usually wasn’t anyone here. We took pictures to show we returned the trailer.
MARCIA TI had to take truck back due to illness, even took it back one day early. He explained to me that there would be a charge of around $20 to return it to this location. I agreed. The pickup location charged my bank $202.24, now the Onalaska (drop off) location has charged an additional $181.66 for a total of $383.90 WHAT THE HECK?? That truck was returned a day early and there was only maybe 40-50 miles on it! This is crazy! This is ridiculous, $19.95 per day/ .79 per mile my behind! U-Haul is NOT what it once was. You will not have any good reviews from me and I will be sure to let everyone I know to see what you have done to me and more than likely many others! I am one unhappy customer!

KELLEE CAgent at this location was excellent. All in all, a good experience in renting a U-haul truck. Agent was unable to verify the credit card on file, that was used to reserve the truck. Due to corporate did not allow him to see the last four digits on the reserving card. I possibly wanted to use a different card for the closing payment. Agent should be able to verify the card. Not convenient.

Lukas WGreat service. I get 2 to 3 large trucks every week and this is the only location/company that makes sure I have the equipment I need. They make me fill like I am put first above all else. I pick up trucks at 4am and drop them off at 2am and the make my hours their business hours. Thanks
Josh KHorrible location. No one there to help nor did they answer the phone number they listed on tehir gate to get help. I was completely frustrated as the website did not work either so I dropped the trailer and left and went home to go to the website and check it in. I would stay away from using this location. Go out of your way to another location before goign here. They charged me for no reason at all and I am trying to get credit back now and having horrible time getting a response from Uhaul.
Suzanne DI cancelled my first reservation and when I booked the second one all my information was changed. Somehow the driver was made the primary over my account and U-Haul would not speak to me even though it was my account and credit card. Very frustrating for all the information to be changed and not by me. Even the drop off location was removed. I filled out the second reservation just like I did on the first one.
Kimberly NNo one on the lot, had to call to find out rate which was higher than what you have on your websit. Called again to make reservation, when I got there and twice when I was returning the 5x9 trailer to get someone to take it off.
Judith WProblem was the web page phone number doesn't work. Phone number on the gate worked fine and the person was very helpful in getting my return completed. U-Haul needs to get the web page phone working. Very frustrating calling over and over again and just a busy signal.

Felicita PNot all people have smart phones. I had to go and get one of my sons to come with me to pick up the truck and drop it off, this was a big convince for me. In the future keep in mine the people that don't believe in all the technology.
