Refund the cash I had to spend out of pocket, even though I paid for extra coverage, this is horrible buisness practices, the lady who spoke me was extremely rude. The man I spoke with at uhaul share was great. Please do the right thing.

The movers were extremely unprofessional and we’re clearly not experience because they had difficulty moving the furniture in and out of the house without damage. Hour and a half late with no concern for timing. The process with checking in and out of the app was inconvenient and tedious. Because I was Able to complete the move, I would rate a 3/10.
