For whatever reason, they could not give me one. To rent a tow dolly one evening in one location in Texas and drop off the next morning in a different town in Texas the fee was $250. If I returned it to the same location as rented, fee was only $50.RAYMOND H.

It's a gas station and c-store but their gas pumps aren't working so you have to go a long way to find gas to fill up your truck before returning it. I was supposed to return my truck elsewhere but a representative called and told me to take it there.Robert P.

It's a "former" gas station (I don't think the pumps worked) and liquor store I think. Person checking me in was fine so I guess If you just had to pick up a U-Haul there it's fine.PATRICK B.

I returned the truck with more fuel than when I rented it and the clerk said he was trying to credit it to me but your system wouldn't let him. Sure had no problem charging me for the additional miles tho!FRED G.
I had to unload the trailer by myself. There were no jacks, no lifts or anything to assist with getting the 6'x12' trailer off of my truck. This should have been communicated that I needed to bring extra help or a trailer dolly with me. The owner did call for her friend to drive over to help, but it took 30+ minutes to unload.Marla W.

We had trouble at turn in due to computer error that kept saying we travels 20,000 miles...duh. Mngr. was understanding but could not clear our release. He called U-Haul next morning and cleared it up and cleared us. I thank him for his effort.Richard G.

Just a woman running the gas station, she asked if I knew how to hook up the auto transport to the truck and when I told her I didnt, she went outside and came back with a random man that connected the trailer to my van and helped put my car on the trailer. I had to tell him how to put the trailer fender down to let me out of my car, he opened it just enough for me to slip out and started closing the fender on my ankle. I was told to return the truck clean and with a full tank of gas. The truck had mud, sunflower seeds, and a makeup brush in the cab and the gas tank was not full. The damage form was emailed to me before I even saw the truck and the links did not work. When I got the truck home, I saw that the fender was busted and nearly leaning on the trailer tires. I made my 900 mile trip, yanking the broken fender off the tires every time I stopped for gas, and once I finally parked at my destination, I saw that one of my tires came unstrapped.Emily M.

When clicked on the link in YOUR ap it directed me several miles to the west of Greenville. There is not a drop off location there. When you type in the address in your ap it directs you to the actual location about a mile east of Greenville. This omit out of the way diversion cost me an additional $6.95. I tried to call the 800# to complain and after about 20 United I gave up and hung up. The guy where I dropped off was nice and he was apologetic. The only reason I will not recommend him is because I will not recommend UHaul again. This was not a good experience from beginning till end.Michael P.

This end of the rental was a screwed up mess, but not because of this location. More because of Uhaul itself. They were supposed to call the night before pickup with a confirmation. Didn't happen. Decided to send an email which went to spam. Went to the original location that we set up to pick up the trailer. They had no trailer and no info. Did some checking and figured out we had to go to Tesmart. We didn't have a clue where that was. Turned out to be off of I-30 in the boonies. Tesmart was ok to deal with, but damn UHaul, get your act together. You cost us at least an hour because of having to track down the rental and then making sure what was really going on, and then getting there and back. That's twice in the last 3 rentals with you that we have had problems. The only reason that I would not recommend this location is where they are located.Leanne J.
