Went to pick up my U-Haul and the location did not have the blankets or dolly I reserved. The employee spoke to the manager who was no help at all. The truck was also on empty and the inside was filthy, spilled drink in the floor, lots of dirt and dust in the cab. After returning the truck, I got a bill for an additional $200 because I didn’t return the dolly and blankets I was never given. Currently appealing this with U-Haul.

Again dropoff was a nightmare and the app again didn't function properly. The lady working informed me that the manager would be in tomorrow drop the key in the box and I called Sunday morning to Uhaul and talked to Kendra as I was concerned the truck was not showing returned. I am thankful for all the understanding and help by the Uhaul representatives they went above and beyond to resolve the issues
