The last two rentals from this location were received filthy (back of trunk) and had to be cleaned before I was able to load my possessions for my moves; this location also lied about the gas (received w/gaslight on and returned with 1/4 tank), equipment received (charged for moving pads not received), and mileage use (moved 6 miles in one trip, stopped for gas on the way to return the truck all together 15 miles max but charged for 20.2 miles plus GAS for a truck received on E and returned with 1/4 a tank and w/gas prices I guess U-Haul expects customers to pay for their gas too). I paid double the amount to move 6 miles for these rentals than any of my past rentals that were much further with U-Haul. Beware of this location! I know this is the last time they scam me!

Derek SThey did not have the car dolly or moving blankets that I was guaranteed would be there. Also tried to tell me that they did not have a appliance dolly when it was sitting 10ft away from her.
