The process to rent was fine. The guy who attached the trailer filed to connect the tongue to my hitch ball correctly however. Not only did he not tighten the knob that secures the tongue to the hitch but he also wrapped the safety chain around the hitch. The trailer came loose on a corner when the chain pruned the tong off the ball. Luckily I was not in traffic and no one was hurt but his could have disastrous if it was at full speed in traffic.

Nothing wrong with the location or staff. The experience provided by U-Haul was horrific. Mover company not vetted bad experience, U-Haul linking my account to Lisa Wilson corporate account not ok sharing my move info with her and her account with me etc. Long story too much to write.
KRZYSZTOF JRented a 6’x16’ enclosed trailer. Told the guy that 1 of the 4 tires looked flat. He said put air in it. When I got home to start loading, I put air in, and 1 hour later flat. I had to get a mobile mech to change the tire 3 hours of my time) and put air in the other 3 tires as they only had 1/2 the recommended pressure. This should have been done before they rented the trailer to me.

VICKI VThe young man not only charged us for 2 days when we only had it for one. He charged us other charges that were invalid and when I called to speak with him about this he was rude, unprofessional, and hung up on me. When my husband dropped off the uhaul this person said all is in order and fine. My husband wasn't given a receipt, and never signed a receipt when he checked out. I received notification from my bank that they had declined unauthorized transactions from this place. Checked my email and sure enough, an email from this uhaul with double the amount we should have been charged. Called customer service and they got right on it. Genn was who I spoke with and she's Uhaul's redeeming grace. She saw what this guy did and immediately opened a dispute for me. She was the epitomy of a true customer service rep. She needs a promotion and raise in my opinion and this company that represents UHaul needs to have the contract ended. It is what it is. Too many folks out here struggling and here's this entitled person taking what he was wrong in taking. It's called theft and fraud
George SIt took almost 2 hours to get our stuff
AISEY SWent to pick up my U-Haul and the location did not have the blankets or dolly I reserved. The employee spoke to the manager who was no help at all. The truck was also on empty and the inside was filthy, spilled drink in the floor, lots of dirt and dust in the cab. After returning the truck, I got a bill for an additional $200 because I didn’t return the dolly and blankets I was never given. Currently appealing this with U-Haul.
Jake FAgain dropoff was a nightmare and the app again didn't function properly. The lady working informed me that the manager would be in tomorrow drop the key in the box and I called Sunday morning to Uhaul and talked to Kendra as I was concerned the truck was not showing returned. I am thankful for all the understanding and help by the Uhaul representatives they went above and beyond to resolve the issues
