The location staff were great, but the truck was either filled with mold or some other allergen that we were extremely allergic to, and we experienced severe allergic reactions for days after the rental.

I rented a uhaul for 12 days for each day I prepaid for 15 miles for each day I didn’t even use it everyday that it was had and when I did i never went past the prepaid mileage I preset upon return I received a bill for $392 for the mileage which is $0.99 a mile i was charged for 192 extra miles so a extra 192$ for mileage I did not use I returned the uhaul cleaned and undamaged other than the passenger window which insurance is taking care of that claim so I don’t understand I’d like a refund for the unnecessary charges that I received

The truck drove horrible, I was in fear it would breakdown on while i was in route.
It took almost an hour In 2 phone calls to customer service just to be able to rent the truck.
I will never use mobile renting again.

Trying to coordinate moving help on the receiving end of the move was a little difficult. The U haul time scheduling was not finalized until the night before U Box delivery, leaving the mover no time to schedule his crews for the day. However the mover made it work to our satisfaction. :)

We hired someone to loaded our 9 U boxes and that we would have to hire someone to unload them or we could do it ourselves.
We called U haul customer service to verity this before we moved. We was told that it would cost $4500.00 to have them shipped to our new address but that wasn't true. We wasn't told was that we had to pay to have them shipped from an Uhaul storage facility to our address. When we called to talk about this, we reached the Savannah office. I speak to a person by the name Charmelle. She said that she would have her manager call me. We hang up. She called me right back and said that she was the manager and I quote (laughing...we are not going to deliver your boxes for FREE, I don't believe that you didn't know) I explained that we didn't know and we wanted to complain. I asked how much would it cost us and I asked for her last name. She was VERY RUDE. I called the location where our boxes where and paid with a person by the name of Cassidy. We will never use U boxes again.
