Trying to coordinate moving help on the receiving end of the move was a little difficult. The U haul time scheduling was not finalized until the night before U Box delivery, leaving the mover no time to schedule his crews for the day. However the mover made it work to our satisfaction. :)

Choose the number of containers you need. One U-Box container fits about a room and a half of household items. When in doubt get an extra–we won't charge you if you don't use it.
Step 01

Tell us when you will need to access the container. If you ship it to a new city but don't need it yet, we can store it for you at our secure warehouse.
Step 02

We deliver the containers to you and pick them up when you're ready. If you would rather take it home yourself, use our specially built trailer or pack it at a U-Haul location.
Step 03

We will store your container at our secure warehouse or we can ship anywhere in the world. You will hear from us when the container is in transit and when it arrives at its destination.

We hired someone to loaded our 9 U boxes and that we would have to hire someone to unload them or we could do it ourselves. We called U haul customer service to verity this before we moved. We was told that it would cost $4500.00 to have them shipped to our new address but that wasn't true. We wasn't told was that we had to pay to have them shipped from an Uhaul storage facility to our address. When we called to talk about this, we reached the Savannah office. I speak to a person by the name Charmelle. She said that she would have her manager call me. We hang up. She called me right back and said that she was the manager and I quote (laughing...we are not going to deliver your boxes for FREE, I don't believe that you didn't know) I explained that we didn't know and we wanted to complain. I asked how much would it cost us and I asked for her last name. She was VERY RUDE. I called the location where our boxes where and paid with a person by the name of Cassidy. We will never use U boxes again.
