The process to get the truck took us 45 minutes it was rediculas it needs to be like pre told what to do my husband was so pissed at the whole process we should have watch some video how to get our truck and the key process was hard to get maybe you need to put a code on the truck itself but it all worked out after all

I like the staff very much at this location, the truck was clean but ran terrible and why I gave average rating the staff excellent but equipment terrible. Because of limited one truck snd not running well U would not recommend this location despite being super nice. The truck needs servicing and I felt unsafe because in Drive it runs like in first snd drags. For sure something is wrong with the transmission. The breaks are so bad have to push to floor to stop. I could have used the truck longer but felt unsafe to use for the fill 24 hours. The truck was clean and Crysta is very nice to with with but this truck had almost 100k mikes and it and runs like it had not been properly serviced in years. I want an adjustment because of the way it drove I did not use next early morning to finish moving items. Have to make arrangements to use a different truck to finish the move. I want an adjustment as the value was not there. Please call 248-390-9558 to discuss . The uhaul mobile pickup is a joke! Spent 30+ minutes processes. Zero response to multiple chat windows requests on status. Gave up on the uhaul customer service answering the phone after 30+ minutes waiting and multiple calls. A terrible mobile experience by uhaul. Fix it!

Nothing wrong with the facility, it was the uhaul website for the return. Same phone and browser for pick up, no problem. At return it wouldn't pick up my location. 30 minutes later after talking to numerous inept uhaul customer service reps, finally able to complete. Huge pain in my ass. I'll seek another company next move.

We had a bit of a problem with the online pick up. We kept giving the code, but it would not work. Had to call Ryan, who was a great help throughout the process and was able to release the keys for us. Ryan was who was able to trouble shoot many issues. He is an incredible asset to your company.

App would not work properly for pick up. After trying on 2 differnt phones and contacting the help line. We had to go into the store to pick up, which defeats the purpose of trying to minimize contact. The van we were assigned had garbage on the floor and left over drywall dust in the back. I would of hoped U-Haul had disenfecting protocols in place. We were not about to go back in the store and ask for a differt van and have to go though the whole process again.

Unable to access key in lock box and support number said it was after hours. The parking lot is unsafe as there is hardly any light available to see. I then was on hold for 40 min with support to try to get help when I got home. There advice was to remotely return a vehicle I didn't use and they could not help me with compensation for a free rental going forward for all my time spent trying to get the van and my 40 min wait for help. This is my first unpleasant experience with UHaul. I would love a free rental to make this right. Kim Munro

I had signed up for the mobile pickup option. When I got to the location and signed into the website on my phone, THEN I received a message that my account was "not eligible" for the mobile pickup option, and I needed to go inside and wait in line and complete my rental with the person inside. It didn't bother me too much to have to do that, the most annoying part was not knowing ahead of time that I would need to do that. The other annoying part was not knowing why. I would suggest for other customers in the future, U-haul should notify the customer ahead of time and provide a reason that the mobile pickup option is not available.

Please make sure the checking in process goes a lot more smoothly! Took over 30 minutes to get my key from start to finish! The rep states that the whole U Haul system was running 'extremely slow' that day of 09/28/2019. In addition the gas level was not accurate that was checked as being available. Plus the rep stated that I had to purchase U HAUL auto insurance due to my own USAA Auto car insurance would have to re-imburse me after I paid any auto damages if involved in a car accident??? That my car insurance would not first be billed for any claim prior to any money being paid by me first??

I heard from a friend they had an issue at this location so i was pleasantly surprised when it all worked out so easily. The app to pick up outside of working hours is really great. The store signage for this location could be improved though- i passed it initially.

On a Saturday the store had only one person who was working with someone else. I had to wait about 15-20 minutes, even though I had reserved the vehicle in advance.

Crystal was super helpful and the experience was great, went back a second time even thought it was a few miles more than another location that was not very nice to me when I went in a few days ago. Would for sure recommend this location. Great staff, fair and efficient.

Would have been nice to see a big U-haul sign outside the ATS store. I was going by GPS directions and when it said I was at my location, I was expecting to see a U-haul sign of some kind. I drive past a couple times not knowing where to stop so I had to turn around on a side street and call the store for better directions. Everything else went great.

The vehicle was not clean when I picked it up and had paper work and other general trash from previous user. I returned it cleaner than when I picked it up but was not ordered $25.00 off as advertised.

I rode my bicycle to this friendly neighborhood location. A green way to self-sufficiently pick up my rental. I placed the bicycle in back of the rented Ford Econoline, and drove the 1.5 miles back home, dropped off the bicycle and headed off to load up the rental. When I returned home and unloaded, I merely placed the bicycle in back, returned the vehicle, and rode home on my bike. Not like I don't need the exercise. My suggestion would be to emphasize bicycle friendliness for small locations like this. ATS even has city bicycle racks out front. One could even leave the bike locked there for the duration of their rental.
