I has initially made a reservation to pick up my truck in Defiance, OH, weeks in advance. I got a call the day before to tell me there were no trucks available on my location. When I called back the lady was unable to give me a reasonable solution, and was unable to see if there were vehicles available in other areas outside of Northwest Ohio that could work for me. I hanged up after ahe transferred me to another location and nobody picked up. Luckily another lady called me later and proposed a solution out of Michigan that I was able to make work. Very disappointed that reservations are not honored, and there are some people assigned to customer service that cannot provide reasonable solutions.
