Good and honest dealer, everything was good
harpreet gI was overcharged for kms. Website wouldn’t upload my km and said i hair to enter miles. Owner came out to the van and tried to switch the km to miles and couldn’t and i was no longer able to take a photo of the km for ‘driver a,’ which is what i took a picture of when i first got the rental. I asked for the first picture i uploaded to U-Haul’s website and he said he couldn’t give that to me, and acknowledged the mileage was inaccurate and the charge was too much, and that I’d have to call U-Haul.
