The authorized representative was less than cordial with me at Hello Mart. Lacked basic customer service skills when interacting and responding to questions. I encourage UHAUL corporate to invest in "mystery shopper programs" to scrutinize authorized retailer locations (not official UHAUL locations) and their customer service interactions with the public. No sense to grant authorization to represent the Company if they won't do their basic due diligence to be courteous and provide excellent customer service.
