The staff at the Auto Group Collision Center were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be that I received two calls from Uhaul after our drop off (one hours after and one days later) asking if we had returned the rental trailer. Apparently the location hadn’t yet logged in their system that we had returned it on time, but luckily everything ended up just fine.

I was scheduled for a 9:00 am pickup, but there was nobody at the location until 9:45 am. I wasted 45 minutes waiting to get the vehicle. The person who helped me was nice and apologetic, but this was very frustrating, as I expect high professional standards, particularly given the cost of the rental.
Louis NWhen we received the vehicle it was covered in bird poop and the windshield was filthy, the interior was not entirely cleaned because there was still a cup left behind. Otherwise the lady that helped at front desk was great. I hate to write a bad review but in the end I was being charged a cleaning fee (which may be with all rentals) but when I rented the vehicle there was cleaning going on
