U-Haul was given to us not full of gas as said it would be. So we filled it to where it was when returning and were still charged $68.I sent a message about it, have gotten no response. I've tried to call no one answers the phone.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe van was a little dirty on the outside. But the customer service went way, way beyond what one would expect. I would definitely recommend this business to someone in the future. Good job.
Keith HThe person at the front desk was friendly.
FERNANDO MThe staff at the Auto Group Collision Center were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be that I received two calls from Uhaul after our drop off (one hours after and one days later) asking if we had returned the rental trailer. Apparently the location hadn’t yet logged in their system that we had returned it on time, but luckily everything ended up just fine.
Gabrielle RI was scheduled for a 9:00 am pickup, but there was nobody at the location until 9:45 am. I wasted 45 minutes waiting to get the vehicle. The person who helped me was nice and apologetic, but this was very frustrating, as I expect high professional standards, particularly given the cost of the rental.
