I'm very disappointed in Uhaul. Uhaul not the Barn. I was told that on a one way rental that if I went over on milage I would be charged $.40 a mile. Due to unexpected circumstances I returned the truck back to the same location I rented it from they changed my rental to local and nearly tripled the charges. This move was unexpected and took nearly every penny I had. This has caused me problems I couldn't afford.

Make it easier to adjust mileage, time, and drop-off locations online. Also, vet your dealers - ours hated the online system and took a LONG time to process each customer's transaction.

CSR could not print me a copy of the contract. CSR did not input return date correctly according to contract. CSR did not help me resolve his mistake and made me call customer support line to correct his mistake. Customer support was very helpful.

The building is old and smells. This is not a typical U-Haul customer friendly location, but it's the only one in Dickson, TN.

Truck had been used hard, very loose in the steering, stained inside box. Didn't appear to have been maintained very well.

You can barely move in the building from all the junk everywhere!!! The gentleman acted like I was an idiot when I asked for my deposit back and didn’t explain it for 10 ...just kept telling me I didn’t pay one.
