Prices are too high..i started out with a $134 paymet for 2 days but i used 4 and my total was $503 when equiptment was returned.... ridiculous!!andrew B.
Truck had a smoke smell, reserved an appliance dolly and they did not have any. Store stinks, smells musty and like cats. Truck also had old mask in floor.Michael P.

The person that checked me out had poor customer service. Not friendly at all! What could improve is his way of helping/speaking with a customer. The dolly said it was $7 I was charged$10. I got the $29 dollar U-haul and my end total was $134 maybe after taxes and fees that's the price, but the only equipment I rented was the dolly. The equipment was in good condition. The 6x12 utility trailer didn't have a stand so I had to pick it up off the ground to hook it up. The 6x12 is a tandem axle so it is pretty heavy. The lot is on a main highway in Dickson so it can be a little tricky getting out onto the main highway.Thomas S.

I was rented a trailer that was faulty. The jack was so rusted that the handle broke off, I did not feel safe using the equipment after this, and road side had to pick it up. I never even was able to use the trailer. Then customer service tells me I will have to wait for my refund until the dealer receives the trailer, but they want the money up front don't want to give it back when they're at fault.Sheela D.

Owner/ worker wasnt friendly at all. Acted like I was inconveniencing his boring ass day. Building was cluttered and looked like a giant yard sale. Noticed he had a pad lock for sale on the wall. When asked he said they don't sell any and then proceeded to ask what I needed one for. Was none of his business. He was a grumpy old man. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Was my only option for the time and day I needed the U-Haul or I would have gladly went elsewhere.Toke C.

This was a rental from my city for my granddaughter in a another city to get. I appreciated everything that was done on there end to make this rental supper easy. The man was very nice make it easy for us on this end. Thank you so muchlinda P.
The steps going into this location were not well maintained. I have issues going up or down steps and I felt like I was going to fall. The place is not well kept as the counter space was full of papers stacked on top of each other, the place looked more like a storage space loaded with junk.Cassandra Y.

Stand by the commitment to guarantee a confirmed rental. We booked and had a guaranteed car transport trailer which was rented to another customer before we arrived. There was another transport on-site, but booked for 2 days later. Rather than allow us to take that transport and subsequently replace it for the next customer 2 days later, we were required to travel 40 miles in the opposite direction away from home to pick up another transport. We lost 3 hours in the search for a transport because the original â€œguaranteedâ€ transport was not available. Very, VERY Disappointed in the whole customer experience!!! YOU GUYS FAILED on this one!!!gordon R.

We pulled the ramp out and there was rocks and broken glass everywhere .it took us 30-45 mins to get it all cleaned off before we could start loading truck we showed the guy a pic of the rocks and broken glass and he said he never checks the ramps so I'm thinking he should have just not charged for the extra few miles we ended up having since we had lost 30 -45 mins of our time from cleaning someone else mess and put us back on loading the truckdebora C.
