The gentleman here was honest. I can’t say the same about the phone operators. He saved me about $100 by letting me know that the round trip would be cheaper than dropping the trailer off at a different location which I was originally planning on doing. I’d go there again just for the honesty factor alone.
MATTHEW MWoman was friendly and helpful when I called for information. I received the same courteous service when I picked up the truck. I can’t think of any areas that need improvement.
Teresa YBigger trailers. Barely fit my zero turn and the lawn mower trailer . Also, a lighter trailer. On an un-even terrain it was hard to get the hitch and ball lined up correctly… husband had to be hulk to get it on properly. Please U-Haul get bigger and lighter trailers.

Joshua CFirst I called reserving the transport through the 14th with the understanding that I would be dropping it back off on the 14th. I checked those dates multiple times as I had to make a few changes to the reservation. My kid checked into college at 1pm in Amanda’s. When picking up the transport the lady that was trying to do 3 jobs while waiting on me asked if I could have it back by 12:30 on the 13th I again explained all that to her and that there was absolutely no way that’s why I had it reserved through the 14tg. Then I go to pull around to the back to pick up the transport and some dude that had been mowing the grass there doesn’t even work for them as I was telling my husband don’t mess up my truck trying to get back there because his truck was making it more difficult to monomer back in the back lot smarted off saying come on a U-Haul just went through there. I am very disappointed with this location. The lady that hooked it up to my truck didn’t even go over what we were supposed to do not did the lady at the desk with the pick up process as far as taking pictures nor did they explain the drop off process had to figure that one put on my own. Will be calling the account scheduler in the morning like I was told to do
stephanie hI personally would recommend this drop off location to anyone dropping off in Dickson, TN., this business was outstanding in the process, no issues at all, made turning in this equipment very easy and I have to make commendable comments about paperless business, it's awesome and very appreciative.

Derek RI never drove a Uhaul long distance, but it was a great experience. The Uhaul process from start to finish was easy. The 10 footer truck was easy to load as well as driving over 600 miles one way. Thanks Uhaul!
MICHAEL MThe only issue I had was when I called I was told there was only one truck left and it was the biggest they had. When I got there I could clearly see there was several in the parking lot and the man I spoke with in person asked me what size I needed and I was like I was told there was only one size. The man took me outside and showed me the different ones they had available, so the lady I spoke with lied, why idk. But other than that great experience.

BARRY EUhaul could not find my desired drop off location when I know of many in the area. It was set for me to drop off 1 1/2 hours away that included a Ferry ride to get to it. I knew of one less than 20 miles from destination !
VICKIE RI dropped off after hours so did not meet personnel.
GARY TThere was a little hiccup with picking up the truck on a Friday night and couldn’t get it till the next morning. This took time away for a crucial move which I had to get done asap.

RHONDA GEverything was fine except for the truck no tilt wheel. No Cruze control . Without these made the trip uncomfortable. The cost was extremely high. No loading ramp. I'll never use U haul again.
MICHAEL FDavid Clifford did everything to help this nervous, “well-seasoned” first time trailer hauler as comfortable as possible. He made sure that the trailer was completely ready for the 600 mile trip to Dallas. I highly recommend him.
