WAYNE JI was told when I picked up the truck that it had a full tank of gas, it actually only had 3/4 of a tank. When I returned it, I did fill it up all the way but thought someone should know. Also, I estimated 40 miles and only did 20 but was still billed for the 40. Lynn Hager
Lynn HVehicle was not full of fuel when we picked it up. We had rented some moving blankets and they were not in the vehicle. Found some blankets laying on the ground by another vehicle so we used them. THey were very dirty.

TAREK RThe gas tank was only about half full when I picked up the van. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I went to refill the thank and it took over 12 gallons after about 70 Miles of driving.

AUDREY W1) Uhaul canceled my reservation 50 muns after I was supposed to pick my truck up. 2) The truck smelled like a goat farm. No way to tell you that your truck wasn't clean enough to give to someone else because your smart app wants to charge ME a cleaning fee for the nasty smelling state we got the truck in. Seriously....smell of animal pee and poo the entire drive back and forth to Colorado Springs. 3) Preexisting damage to truck should be exposed to driver. AFTER I checked in on the app and started driving away, I noticed a safety issue with the drivers side mirror cracked. I stopped to show the attendant on my way out. On my way back in, the attendant stated "ya we've gotten that reported before". It's a safety issue, especially for folks whose never dri em a truck this size. Very unsatisfied with this rental.

STANLEY BLocation was fine. But U-Haul changed the trailer size on me twice. I ended up with a much larger trailer than I reserved or wanted/needed. The trailer I got was also pretty beat up and I found along the way the brakes didn’t work.

KATHLEEN HAlot of time was spent looking at the computer. It took over an hour to obtain my rental. There was one person ahead of me. The associate went back and forth between computers alot. The tank was only half full, and the floor of the cab had something spilled all over it. I had to put down paper before I could set anything on the floor. No time to wash it myself.

Jeffrey GWas charged for gas when I filled the truck up to the same level that I left it in. The gas was wrongly inputted on pick up but I provided pictures that the tank was 3/4 full when it said it was 7/8th full. Waiting on refund of gas charges.
ADAM BI was charged $45 ($15/day) for insurance on a three day rental that I was not asked if I wanted it. I would have opted out had I been asked because my credit card company has rental insurance and that was a cost that was unnecessary.
Jason CI did not choose the $30 safe move option when I ordered this truck and I didn't request it at the desk either. This was in regards to contract #16901624 rented on 12/1 &2. Can you please credit my account $30. Thanks Damon Vaz, very frequent renter.

Benjamin SBig Box is great However, UHaul SUX You change my original rental location and never informed me the location was changed. I had reserved a pick up time of 6:30pm, the location you changed my reservation too closed at 4pm. No instructions or communication, crappy service is an gross understatement It will be a cold day in hell before I rent from you again

John DI rent a lot of trucks from this location and everything is great all 10’s. This last time I set up my rental like I normally do on the app for a mobile check in. Well I had to buy some SOD from inside the company where I pick up my rental. So I decided to go in and pay for that first then do my mobile check in for the 10’ truck I was renting. SOD can only be purchased inside from a specific computer at the rental counter. As I was paying for my purchases the guy (Rick) helping us overheard my husband and I talking about our rental and mobile pickup. Next thing I knew he was checking us in for our rental at the counter. We did not ask him to do this and his doing this caused so many issues it really made me very angry. One of the issues is the time it took him to figure out where the keys were. I had stated several times they were probably in the lock box since it was a mobile order but he didn’t listen. He went looking for them in every place but the lockbox which made me late for my scheduled morning pick ups. It also made us a late pickup on the uhaul app. We tried to do the mobile pickup on the app but since he started it he had to finish it. He had to hunt down someone with the master key to get our keys out of the lock box. By the time we left there with the rental I was over an hour late for my pickups. I was so mad I wanted to blow up. Fast forward to the next day (Sunday) today. I see my bill from uhaul and it’s more then it should have been. So I look at the reciept to find out I was charged for the $15.00 for the safe move insurance thing. I only do that if I’m keeping the rental for the whole day or going very far. When I did my reservation on the app I said I didn’t want it. Well apparently since I was charged for it then he must have put it on my rental without even asking if I wanted it. So now I’m out money and time from this person whom should have never interfered with my reservation at all. I use the app and do mobile checkout so I don’t have these problems that occur. I don’t know if there’s any way to get that extra money refunded to me that I shouldn’t have been charged. I’m hoping that I don’t find anymore overcharges on my reciept when I sit down and really look at my reciept. Sorry my rant is so long but I am so livid about the worst treatment I have ever received. Brent Brady.
BRENT BI don’t recommend U-Haul to anybody. Just no other options.
MARK CThe windshield was so dirty I tried to use the wiper fluid to clean it. It was empty. Had to stop and clean windshield manually. The check engine light came on repeatedly during the day I rented it. Tires were in good shape. Very average experience.

HARVEY HThe car trailer I rented had a flat tire at the location I was picking it up. They could not put me into another trailer and left me to figure it out. I called roadside service, the individual that showed up was great. I was 2 hours late leaving the location/store that I was sent to pick up the U-Haul trailer. The results I was 2 hours late to picking up a vehicle that was on a timeline for the customer. This has created considerable problems for me, it was not responsibility to fix the tire since it was in that condition when I picked it up. I would like a significant discount for all the problems this has created for me.
RANDY KYour reservation system sucks. No option for a 2022 gmc 1500 crew cab w 6.2l engine. Had to fake a truck to reserve then at location took forever as your software says my truck doesn’t exist
MARK SWhile the trailer was fine, the Rental Supervisor at the location was disrespectful and surly. I won't rent there again.
